Location is just across the Meta Office gathering point for those joining Maragang Hill climbing.
Water facilities is weak, cleanliness to upgrade

Dust everywhere. Weird insects were found on the bed. The sound of the waterfall(or leaking water?) was very noisy at night. Couldn't sleep at all.

Spacious room with extra beds. Got TV, kettle and iron.
1) Just found out that the cafe is not in operation anymore.
2) Water tap is too slow and the water (from sink) got small black particles (the source seems like from the nearby river).
3) No towel been given.
4) Been given room at the ground floor level - no mountain view. Instead no nice view at all.

Staff was very helpful and super friendly, whenever we need help their response is fast and the roon is huge, mattress is comfortable too.. Nice view of mt kinabalu if the sky is clear.
If homestay owner can include laundry facilities will be added advantage.
