-The staff were extremely courteous and willing to help at all times. -The manager and the reception staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during our stay. -The bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. -Breakfast was generous and delicious. -The balcony with pool view was pleasant. -we liked the spacious lobby area with the pool table.

-The property doesn't have an elevator so not suitable for guests having difficulty climbing stairs. -The duplex room is not suitable for families with small children as the stair is fairly steep.

Breakfast was good, the location is okay too.

The room we got was with the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. The Wifi didn't work at all. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the AC had some kind of issue

Room was very comfortable and quiet, I loved that we had a seating area with the bedroom upstairs, staff were fantastic and the breakfast delicious. We ate both nights at the hotel. Airport pick up was a great bonus.

The best value of this place is the stuff. incredibly helpful and very friendly! Rooms are big and location is very nice.

After checking-in we noticed some bed smells in the bathroom and after reception intervention it was cleaned once more for us.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Wi-Fi only let you access certain sites so was difficult to use and not a great signal. No hot water for two days.
