Everything! Easy to get to. Clean. Private parking. Quiet. Host was very helpful and lives on site. Spoke good English. Comfortable beds. Plenty of fans. About 15 minutes from Europa park. Pizza and grocery stores less than 5 minutes. Overall it was a great place!
If you are tall, the roof is a bit on the low side (hit head a couple times) but I wouldn't count it as a negative! Also another down side was no ac and you're on the 2nd floor but there were plenty of fans and a nice breeze when windows were open in the morning. Parking was a little tight for large vehicles but doable.
