3 adults stayed here quite comfortably. Large bedrooms, spacious living/dining/kitchen area. Well equipped. Great location with nearby dining and metro/train stops.

Nous avons été enchanté par l'appartement qui est très bien situé, bien équipé, calme pour Paris et surtout très propre. Un vrai bonheur de ne pas devoir faire le ménage en arrivant. Si nous devions revenir sur Paris, nous serions très heureux d'y séjourner à nouveau.

Unser Aufenthalt war im Großen und Ganzen super! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur war sehr schnell und sie standen uns bei jeder Frage zur Seite. Ein privater Tiefgaragenparkplatz steht gegen kleine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zwei U-Bahn Stationen und jede Menge Bistros und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem befindet sich ein Supermarkt nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung ist für Pariser Verhältnisse sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind komfortabel und allgemein fehlt an der Ausstattung der Wohnung eigentlich nichts. Die Wohnung hätte etwas sauberer sein können, ansonsten haben wir uns dort aber sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'appartement est super, tout comme dans l'annonce. Il est bien situé, très pratique pour aller partout en métro. Le gérant nous a répondu très rapidement. Il nous a attendu à notre arrivé à minuit pour nous donner la clé. On a fait un très bon séjour.

This was a great apartment for a family (2 small kids) trip to Paris. We had a good amount of space, toys, and a kitchen that allowed us to cook and eat at the apartment. We used transportation to get around the entire trip and it was as quick walk to the Nation subway stop. Only issues were delayed response from property manager prior to check in but overall a really good stay, would recommend. Shane

We stayed there this past week and loved our stay there! There were 4 adults in our party and there was ample room without seeming cramped or on top of one another! It is actually quite spacious for a Paris accommodation! There is plenty of closet space! For those with kids the owner has provided plenty of books and games for the entire family! The refrigerator is American size! All of appliances worked great! There is a supermarket right next store which made things really convenient for getting groceries! It is a good neighborhood with several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Our favorite by far was La Poulet en Grain that is right across the street from the building! Great meals with reasonable prices. We ate there twice in the week. There is a metro stop about a block away but the Nation metro station is about 4 blocks away which has metro lines that are more convenient for major sites and an RER A line which takes you to Disneyland Paris! On suggestion for improvement would be instructions for operating the European appliances for non- Europeans. There is a washer/dryer combo but we had to guess in how to use it. It worked but having instructions would have helped. We never did figure out the television but the internet was fantastic! Overall, we would highly recommend this property! This was a perfect apartment for our 5 night stay - plenty of room and everything that we needed. It was very helpful to have the washer/dryer and to be so close to a supermarket.

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für 4 Personen und ist prima eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Zwei Pariser Metro -Stationen liegen nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt, so dass man sich sofort ins Großstadtgetümmel stürzen kann. Auch haben wir praktischerweise regen Gebrauch vom Supermarkt gleich untem im Haus nebenan gemacht, was uns Zeit und Kraft für Sightseeing-Touren gespart hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen musste man nie lange auf eine hilfreiche Antwort warten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

The apartment was the perfect setting for our first trip to Paris. The location had the convenience of a grocery store a few steps away, a local cafe on each corner, and one block from the Metro. My wife and I, and 2 adult children were more than comfortable in this 2 bedroom flat with many windows and great natural light. Bonjour!

We were generally pleased with our accommodations. It is safe, secure, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure and hot water. It worked out well for two couples.We had some difficulty getting a response from the owner before arriving in Paris, but it all worked out eventually.

My 2 adult daughters and I spent 5 nights here. It is a great apartment and very affordable. It is located next to a grocery store and close to the Metro. There are lots of fun little restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The apartment is very quiet and the beds are comfortable. The owner and his staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Appartamento grande, silenzioso e ben fornito. Vicino alla metropolitana, necessaria per spostarsi verso il centro, un supermercato proprio a fianco, e un buon ristorante di fronte. Zona tranquilla con caffè e ristorantini anche etnici. Il proprietario è premuroso e abita nello stesso palazzo. È stata una buona scelta!

Il manquait juste un grille-pain, mais c’est vraiment un détail. Très bien situé avec tout à proximité.

We really enjoyed our recent trip to Paris and our stay at this apartment. The first thing you notice is how secure the apartment is. You enter through a large locked gate and two sets of locked doors before you enter the apartment building. You go up one flight of stairs and you are at the apartment. There is a lift if you need it. The apartment is bright with big windows in the living room/kitchen that allow much light and fresh air. The bedrooms have windows that open as well. There is a lovely cross breeze that moves from the front of the apartment to the bedrooms at the back of the unit. The apartment had a great kitchen with a full size refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery and other cooking amenities. The main bedroom has a double/queen size mattress with bedside tables on either side of the bed. It also has a small walk out that also has a clothesline. The second bedroom has two twin/single beds that can be left apart or put together. There are bedside tables on either side and a window that opens up, but does not walk out to the small balcony. The bathroom has a shower with good water pressure. The toilet is in a separate room. The living room has a pull out couch with a double/queen size mattress. The kitchen has a rectangular dining table with 6 chairs. There is a washer/dryer combination unit. The wifi is fast and there is a TV. The apartment is on a main street with quick metro access, lots of shopping and restaurants/pubs/bistros. There is a Carrefour grocery store right next door which is super handy. The apartment is located about half way between La Bastille and Place de la Nation. We did some great shopping on the street closer to Bastille, some well-known retail stores and other unique shops. Overall, it was a great apartment and we would recommend it to anyone!

Wifi et television parfait. Monsieur Cardinaux est très agréable and ouvert. Metro very close and supermarket (carrefour city) just below the building. The kitchen is well equipped and the oven is easy to use. Excellent bathroom. The wifi and tv were perfect.
