The property was so clean and inviting. The host, Cristina, was very accommodating and even picked us up from the ferry dock because we did not have a car. Excellent stay and would 100% recommend!

Boun Natale, Christina is very very friendly and the pension is larger than expected.
Well equipped kitchen and living room were comfortable.
The most wonderful thing was the balcony/window view and the landscape. we took a lot of pictures and enjoyed.

Beautiful location, to wake up to the view we had everyday was an absolute delight! Our lovely hostess had provided us with alot of things to help us during our stay, which she didn't need to but did so out of the goodness of her heart, we very much appreciated this.
We recommend taking the bus from como to reach Maltrasio, it's cheapest and is 15 min to arrive. It runs every hour or so. We also recommend Lenno and Argegno (and the village above it Pigra) as places to visit rather than ballagio. You can get the bus directly as the bottom of the property and it will take you straight to them.
Having bus and ferry links at a short walking distance was amazing.

Cristina gave us a wonderful warm welcome. The apartment was beautifully clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and
the view from all the rooms and the balcony is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. The only minor problem - we prefer sleeping with the windows open and could hear traffic noise from the road below but this completely disappeared when we closed the windows.

Beautiful view on Lake Como, from both terraces of the appt. Clean, complete and very welcoming and supportive Host. Grocery nearby( 2 min. walk)
Like the site says: Lake Como has steep hills, and requires that you accept to climb the stairs in the village, and that parking space can be scarce on occasion.

Its really nice to stay among the nature with simplicity where you can find all your needs,
Highly recommend it to anyone who needs to escape from the busy city's and the modern life... Here where you feel very close to the nature and peaceful atmosphere...
