チェックイン前に開けようしたのですか､暗証番号を入れても開かず､たまたまメンテの方がオ―ナ―に連絡してくれて､別暗証番号で入れたのですが､それが滞在中ずっと使えてしまって､どういうシステムになっているのか分かりにくかったです。

Beautiful spot and place!

Nice people clean and comfortable bed!

I needed to access the ferry. it was a 15 minute walk.

Disappointing. All looked nice until I pulled back the covers to get into bed. There was hair on the pillow and the sheets looked like someone had laid on them. I pulled the bedding all the way down and there was sand, a lot of sand, from someone's feet. I reached out to ask for help, and I offered to change the sheets myself. The second sheet set was also dirty. I used the sofa bed instead. I was charged a $150 cleaning fee when I booked the room, which is common on Maui. However, when this happened I asked for a refund since I had to clean the room myself. They said, "don't worry about washing your towels and sheets yourself, which we normally expect guests to do, but we can not refund the cleaning fee." This is totally unacceptable.
