Over all stay was really exciting & comfortable. There was lot of parking, they had had dedicated three floors to parking only. Hotel was a little far away from the Haram, however there was hourly bus service pick & drop from Hotel to Haram.

The front desk staff are very friendly, Othman and Bader. They have tried to help with our rooms issue, but nothing was done. The shower door in room 304 has no handles to open and close, and the seat is broken.

The hotel has a lot of maintenance issues and the front desk staff were not able to help, because they related the reported issues to the engineering department but nothing happened. It looks like the owners/managements either not getting the message or they simply don't care.
