Everything was great - from the easy self check in to easy self check out:). It’s cutest little studio in the heart of Paris. Walking distance to Louvre - 15 min, grand opera - 5 min. The studio is small, but there is absolutely everything in it and you don’t feel that it just bed and a few more cm)). Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. the window is facing Chanel office:). Green line 12 is 2 min away. Easy connection with Porte de Maillot (bus transfer to Beauvais airport). Close by IKEA city (cheap coffee and hot dogs). Host is amazing, we receive the answers for all our questions immediately. 2 sets of keys, which was really useful. Big bottle of water complimentary.

There is no central heating and when we arrived it was cold, but there is air conditioner and the host brought us additional heater, so the problem was solved. And no invoice possible, but I didn’t ask in advance.

The possibility of a self check-in, and also Loic, a great host, manage everything to make us feel great! The Metro stations are very close, and also markets and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment, very close to the center, practically in the center of Paris! You can see most of the monuments and must see places by walking on your feet so that’s a big plus. The apartment is quite small but well furnished,it has it’s own parisian vibe!! I visitied the apartment with 2 friends and it was really comfortable. Big plus for coffee and Netflix, and the lamp in the shape of a dog’s head - I loved it. The owner is super nice, really helpful!! He really helped us when our plane was cancelled,again- thank you so much!! we certainly come back to this apartment I am adding a picture of the view from the apartment.

Excellent location. Some views. Top floor but with elevator. Walking distance to everywhere. Close to Metro too. Loic is a great and friendly contact. Very helpful and easy to deal with.

The apartment has a sloped ceiling with wood beams that you have to be aware of so you don’t hit your head.

Excellent apartement in the heart of Paris, close to major attractions and close to several Metro lines for further travel. Very welcoming and helpful owner, who makes you feel at home. Apartement has everything you need for your stay with well equipped kitchen. Shops and restaurants are also in the neighbourhood.

The bathroom is rather small and for tall people the shower might be a challenge - but nothing you can't manage for some days.

The host was very helpful in giving us the directions to check-in and get the keys. It is a small apartment (size is very small) but it has EVERYTHING you need - plus some things that I've enjoyed, cold and quiet working Aircon, TV (smart TV with YouTube), Bluetooth stereo system, coffee machine, washing machine/dryer, good size fridge, and even a tub! Because the space is limited and the roof is slanted so I would not suggest tall people to stay here - we are a small Asian family of 3 adults so it was fine for us. There is a small (but it can fit large luggage) elevator and it broke down one morning but the host quickly called the company to help fix it before we got back - that was really great!! I really enjoyed the views from the windows - I could even see fireworks at a very far distance! The aircon was absolutely the best thing ever for this tough summer season! The host was super responsive, answered all the questions quickly and gave great recommendations. All in all, HIGHLY recommended and I hope I can be back one day again and meet this wonderful host in person! :)

I liked everything but I think it is good to share that the toilet (with a tub and shower) is a very small area so not very easy for very tall people. However, it is very clean and has great water pressure!

Everything is super. Comfortable, clean and attractions is near. we will stay here again for sure. Thanks for owner to helping us.

Great place to stay in Paris. Really good location and very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The helpful and friendly owner, Loïc, made everything easy. We will go back!

The place is just perfect, comfortable, very well located and has everything you need. I definitely will stay there the next time I'll visit Paris. Ah, and it has an air-conditioner now, so the hot it's not a problem at all.

The host was so kind & lovely, merci! The location is just perfect, close to the Seine and the Louvre. The apartment was sweet and tipical Parisian. We want to go back!

The shower was a bit of a challenge for my daughters but it worked out anyway!

What I liked is that the location is really good, everything is close by. The owner is a very nice and decent person, when I had a problem and I had to leave earlier, he understood and got into the situation, even returned the funds. Would definitely recommend this place!
