This was a perfect house for a family of 4. One shower didn’t get hot; but otherwise, it was amazing!

The sand & wind storm storm came and the folks from Oceano Rentals came and “dug” us out with shovels and vacuum. They cleaned the windows and were very prompt at restoring the house for us. It was as advertised... Playa Romantico! Easy to follow the directions to a location that felt remote and private. The Oceana office was a great help. Would love to come again. Bedrooms on opposite sides of house with bathrooms was a plus. A jug of water would be our only suggestion.

After dealing with Covid and cancer I loved getting away with an old friend. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths worked perfect. Beds comfy. Plenty of towels and throw blankets. The view out the living room sliders was to die for. Kitchen was stocked to meet our needs. Bring water. Heaters worked fine. If you are looking for up to date decorating and furniture this isn’t your place. Suggestions would be bigger tv and some comfy decent patio furniture. We both would stay here again as the price and location were perfect.

Beautiful beach house with a split floor plan on the beach. Beds are firm; you'll need to bring beach towels and toys. There was a circuit board failure with the oven and stove had a missing knob, but the folks at Oceana Management were willing to assist with any issues - and we deferred since our visit was short. House was very clean upon arrival and we look forward to returning to the area at another time. We would recommend this house :)

Only issues we had was the showers leaked onto bathroom floor. The views are amazing. You are right on the ocean. Great Amenities. You are close to everything, maybe 5 min to old port. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back for sure!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beach paradise! Everything you could possibly need for a nice relaxing vacation is provided for you. House was clean and well stocked. Sitting on the back patio listening to waves in the morning was so tranquil. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The property had the perfect location and was the perfect size for 4 adults, I wouldn’t recommend any more than 4 people at this property. It was better in person than in the pictures. We had an amazing time and have stayed in the area dozens of times so knew what to expect. Pros: two full size bathrooms with super hot water, location was perfect, had enough plates, cups, bath towels. For the stay, kitchen was upgraded, AC in the main living area works amazing! Cons: no frills (beds are hard, woobley, no beach towels or chairs, no beach toys, patio furniture is almost non existent, no BBQ) none of these were listed but typically provided in a beach house. Basically if you don’t bring it you won’t have it.) the fridge doesn’t seal most of the time when you shut it so our food kept getting warm when the fridge would pop open, bath toilets leaked onto the floor. Typically you can find the cabinet stocked with things like oil, salt, pepper, coffee filters.. none of this was there. It seems every single item is cleaned out when being cleaned. Do not expect shampoo, body wash ect. Again if you don’t bring it they won’t have it. For the price it wasn’t bad, I would stay again understanding the quirks of the fridge earlier would’ve helped. Also ensuring we bring more beach equipment since not one thing is provided.

From check-in to check-out, all was smooth. The difference is the property management company. Staff like Elizabeth, Tony and Jackie...right there in the office to help you! They were all GREAT! 5. ALL doors and windows worked, as well as having serviceable screens. Too many beach homes/condos in Rocky Point do not have easy to use sliding patio doors; and the screens on doors and windows are either broken or nonexistent. Playa Romantica is not one of these properties!
