We have justed stayed with friends for 4 nights in this lovely cottage. Central Village location within easy walking distance of amenities and beach. Cottage was warm and cosy with good facilities. Would highly recommend. Easy to book and excellent value for money

We so enjoyed Little Tern Cottage. We were in town for a busy wedding weekend and it was a nice place to come home to. We wanted to write in the guest book but ran out of time.

Great stay! Loved the barn was a very comfortable place to stay ! Really well equipped everything we needed was there! The location was perfect we was actually 10 minute walk to the beach which our dogs Arthur & Monty loved fortunately we were blessed with lovely sunshine and made the most of winterton on sea beautiful beach ! Couldn’t fault this beautiful barn definitely returning a very beautiful place stay and the village is so quaint

What a wonderful property in a lovely village. The house was superbly equipped with everything we could need. Mike was most helpful and replied promptly to all our queries. We all had an amazing few days here, and would love to return. Winterton is unspoilt but has everything you need. We had a very nice meal in the local pub, delicious fish and chips from the local chippie, and several lovely walks on the beach and the dunes. Just 30 minutes to Bewilderwood, and the broads. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Mike.

This is the third holiday we’ve booked with Vrbo at Winterton on sea, which should tell you something in itself.
The holiday home was lovely and very well equipped. We did have some issues with the central heating system, however Mike and his team bent over backwards to help us.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay, spoilt only a little by the patchy weather and naughty dogs behaving badly on the beach!!

Beautiful cottage with great location - short walk to the beach and village. Good local pub. Excellent communication with the owner Mike who clearly cares very much about providing a quality experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The Barn was fabulous with every facility needed for a short stay (although my husband would of moved in permanently) walk to the beach brilliant, and a wonderful pub on the doorstep.

Outstanding property. Everything you might require in the kitchen, even dog bowls! Good internet, good TV reception, central heating worked fine during a cold windy weekend. comfortable beds. friendly village with good dog walking in the dunes a few minutes from the property.. Fantastic chippy and hospitable local pub.

Myself and a friend had a wonderful weekend at little tern cottage. The cottage has been finished to a very high standard, was exceptionally clean and had everything we could want. The cottage is within easy walk of the beach and winterton is a lovely little Norfolk village. Would definitely recommend a stay at little tern.

Great location, lovely beach and locals very friendly. Dogs welcom everywhere and walking in the sanddunes and on the beach only 5 mins away. Lots of good places to eat in the village and in close by pubs plus great local farm/fish market called Dabs and Crabs. Cottage itself had all things you require a nice welcom pack. The owner most helpful and replied to questions immediately. Only suggestion would be bathrooms could do with some updating eg showers in both bathrooms and blind in kitchen could do with replacing and pots and pans needed washing before we could use them. Overall great place to stay and would definately go baxk again.

Lovely Bungalow in great location 10 min walk to beautiful beach
The bungalow is modern and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Fab location just a 10 min walk to a lovely beach. And the village is lovely - everyone so friendly. The only two small issues with the bungalow for us were whilst the courtyard is fully enclosed its laid completely to gravel and neither my 84 year old Mum or dog would walk on it so despite the lovely weather we didn't use it all week. For ease of washing dog down after walks on beach and swim in sea an outside tap would be useful as had to ferry multiple jugs of water to wash him down. Overall great value for money. Owners communication was excellent and Mike was very helpful prior to my visit regards places to eat etc. Thoroughly recommend.

Perfect stay & location
Great, fast communication from Mike & Information provided was excellent. We all enjoyed our long weekend at Mike's property which was so comfortable, spacious & clean.... we couldn't ask for more! We took the advice of another reviewer who recommended getting to the beach by turning right out of the drive & walking straight down to the quiet lane, turn right here, walk for a few minutes & turn left for the dunes & beach. The area is so peaceful & we feel fully refreshed after our break. We couldn't get enough of the dunes & beach!

Very cosy and relaxing for the two of us. Everything we needed. Wonderful facilities in the cottage. We very much enjoy staying in Winterton and seeing the seals. Excellent host and communication with us. Will be back.

Great holiday cottage
The cottage was ideal for us (4 adults, 2 small children & 2 dogs), not overlooked with 2 parking spaces and lovely fenced garden. It was very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely linen and furnishings. Only comment would be a shelf is needed in shower for toiletries and a mirror near the bedroom socket for hairdryer etc.

Had a wonderful stay, the cottage was lovely, big comfortable bed great showers everything you could need and a great welcome basket, perfect location enjoyed lots of long costal walks with the greyhounds, great fish and chip shop cafe and pub all a short walk away

Great little cottage
Ideal spacious cottage close to the beach and the dunes. Cottage has 3 bedrooms , two of them very comfy doubles, one with ensuite. Very well equipped kitchen with a nice welcome basket from the owner. Excellent.
