Raining all day in Pattaya

Good place for party and not fussy ppl but not for family

We went to Dojo office but they told us to go to the villa by ourself giving us the location via Line (download the app before). Nobody was waiting for us. We needed to knock at the other Dojo villa around and struggled to get the keys as they dont speak english. When we finally get in, we found the place far from the photos. A good renovation should be done : dirty walls, very old kitchen with mushroom growing near the sink, the swimming pool was green (needed 24 hours to get back to almost normal after requesting a cleaning). All the houses around are under renovation meaning, forget about sleeping after 8am. Pool accessories are not usable (all spoilt) Definitely overpriced with unfriendly staff

Closed to jomtian beach (can walk). It is a pool villa.

Rest room is smell really bad. Not cleaning as much. Hotel is in a construction site mode.

No option of room cleaning

No safety, the only good things are the pictures they posted here. And the staff don't speak English.

This is my 3rd time here. Staffs are very helpful and ghe is clean as always
