L’ensemble de l’appartement était conforme à la description. La terrasse est superbe avec une très belle vue. Grand lit, matériel nécessaire pour la cuisine. De petites attentions très sympa.
RAS. Peut-être sur le checking, beaucoup de mails et logistique à faire.

La terrasse avec sa vue magnifique sur los Gigantes
La communication très compliquée. Réception de 13 mails, oui je dis bien 13, nous demandant de nous enregistrer en ligne et au milieu desquels étaient noyés les info pour accéder à l’appartement. Personne ne répond au tel indiqué sur booking. Si ce n’est par whatsapp et encore à l’aide de 2 numéros différents !! Il nous a fallu 30mns pour accéder à l’appartement (procédure pas claire, boîte à clefs capricieuse)Bref expérience pas très positive pour ce qui nous concerne. Quant à la qualité du logement, je m’interroge sur les 4 étoiles booking …

We had an great stay at this apartment booked through Booking.com. The location was perfect – close to major attractions yet tucked away enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home, not to mention the breathtaking view :)!. We appreciated the seamless check-in process and the overall cleanliness of the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in a fantastic location! The host was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. PS. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the awesome cleaning lady!

The apartment was being cleaned when we arrived but we were allowed to leave our cases and informed promptly when ready. The apartment is in an excellent location to discover Los Gigantes, the balcony is large with sunbeds, dining table and chairs, sofas and table plus adjustable canopy. The views are fantastic. The apartment is also well equipped for self catering very clean and in a quiet residential area.
