Everything! The whole building which consisted of hotel rooms and apartments (which we had) and restaurant etc was lovely - very quirky and unusual. Everything was very clean. The pool was lovely and extremely welcome as the weather was very hot. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was good. The location just next to the lake was perfect. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return.

The only thing that could have been improved were the kitchen utensils - a sharp knife for example! And slightly bigger cups. Also, in apartment Dafne, there were a couple of nights where it was quite noisy - the noises seemed to come from next door or above but we are not sure if it was the people staying there or perhaps the hotel staff moving furniture... Wifi was sometimes a bit dodgy in some areas but on the whole good.

The hotel is lovely, the breakfast was really good and the staff really friendly! The pool is clean and has an extremely good view. It’s in the middle of town so everything is walking distance.

We could here everything the neighbors did and they were very loud, but that’s not the hotels fault!

Nice place to stay in the middle of Cannero Riviera.

Beautiful location by the promenade, friendly staff. Located in several interconnected old buildings with one big inner yard on several levels with a pool and beautiful plants and flowers growing everywhere. Breakfast was plentiful and service people very attentive. Hotel also organizes small boat trips on the lake.
