The house, the furniture and all the facilities are new and functional. The only missing appliance is the air conditioning system, the heat during the day and night also being very hard. It is a must for the periods with over 30 C degrees.

Well equipped house with high spec appliances. Decor is excellent with a contemporary feel. Excellent layout.Great ocean view from upstairs terrace. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean house with great view and location. The hosts were very polite and flexible.
Just keep in mind that the house is in a local complex and the noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM.

Really modern property in a great location and really responsive host. Great place to stay for a group of friends.
One night we were playing cards at 11 and the neighbour came out and shouted at us. We weren’t being particularly loud but went inside after. Day after he started swearing us again. Think he has clearly had issues with other groups.

The location is good, quiet place. If you have a little baby or child this is not a good place to live because there are a lot of strairs until you are going to the apartments.
In this Covid period the swimming pool is closed. Wifi is working only in the ground floor.

Excellent apartments with a fantastic view from the top floor. It has all the required amenities for a comfortable stay. Very quite neigbourhood. Very helpful hosts.
Some jerk scratched our car along with the other 2 cars with rental stickers. So I recommend either to take full insurance or use the other parking downstairs.

Amazing panoramic sea views, you couldn't ask for a better view of Adeje. The property's location is excellent, only a 2 minute walk down the hill to Aqua land, the popular Hemmingsway cafe, supermarkets and the fitness facility / tennis courts. The popular beaches / bars / places to eat is around 15 minutes away walking. Every room was beautifully designed, with balconies and an outdoor area that's perfect for relaxing wether you want to sun lounge or spend time in the shade. The WIFI was strong (perfect for me being an online business owner) with a TV that has 100's of channels. I can't recommend this property enough.
Everything about the property and our stay was perfect.
