Sehr charmantes Haus von überaus freundlichen Inhabern geführt. Gerne wurde Auskunft gegeben. Schöne Atmosphäre sowie ruhige und entspannte Lage am Ortsrand.
Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, ohne Bewegungsspielraum.

Great location, walking distance to everything.. got a bigger room, so can't speak of the single room but the double was plenty big 😅 , clean and comfortable..
Amazing hosts, good breakfast.. bicycle place in the locked garage..

Loved it here. Beautiful property, location excellent - just a short walk from Rottach-Egern and hiking trails. Also easy to walk to Tegernsee - no more than 30 minutes to get to the famous Tegernseer Bräustüberl. There's a bus route as well, we got the impression it's very easy to get around. Our room was nicely furnished, very clean and cosy. Having a little balcony to sit on in the evening was a great extra. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast (continental) very tasty. We'd definitely stay again.

I stayed for10days. All the staff members are a family's, and very nice and warm people. It was very pleasant and comfortable. And a beautiful breakfast was served every day!

Lovely quiet family-run guesthouse with easy access to the lake and Rottach with the mountains behind. Fantastic breakfast!

- Very good Bavarian breakfast served in the traditional clothing by a host herself! Personal touch - breakfast is prepared according to your preferences.
- Nice and welcoming host always ready to help.
- Traditional interior of a guesthouse is a breath of fresh air compared to the bland typical modern hotel style.
- Wifi was quite slow
- There was only shower gel and no shampoo in the bathroom

Good check in, explanation of public transportation, breakfast instruction, room presentation. Good wifi and nice patio/terrace to enjoy the end of the day. Breakfast is super good, good proportions, yogurt, musli, bread, eggs, juice, coffee.
I had an individual room and it has an ok one-person size. 10minutes walking from the municipal swimming pool and private lake sand. A supermarket 7minutes walking.
Mattress was not the most comfortable though.
