Beautiful home,4 very clean bedrooms,Great yard ,blocks from the beach,Beach passes included,plus parking!

We had the best time at tom's beach house rentals!! We're from freehold township high school and came for our senior after prom. Most of our school goes to wildwood, but everyone wants to do seaside after the amazing weekend we had. Tom and the rest of the security team do everything in their power to make sure you have the BEST time but don't get in any trouble. Couldnt have asked for a better weekend, i just wish we had more time. If you're ever staying in seaside, stay at tom's prompound!! Our parents dont trust anyone to watch over us like tom and his security team did.

Thanks Tom for making our family feel so special during our vacation in Seaside.
It has been a while since our last vacation and our first ever in Seaside Heights NJ.
We were impressed on how clean and how the house was decorated so nicely.
The parking pass was also great as we were able to drive grandmom to the beach and boardwalk.We ate at Spicy Catina one night and had a fun time,listening to live music there.
I will recommend your house to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

My wife Natia and I want to thank Tom and his Family for a wonderful 2 weeks in August 2016. We Highly recommend any of house's that Tom has up for rent. These rental's are a perfect place for families. The houses are very clean and modern. They have great backyards to relax and barbecue. Tom, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for everything and we will see you next year.

This was a perfect place for my friends and I to not only get away but to relax. It was very comfortable for sleeping arrangements and proved to be somewhere where we would all stay again. Although there were quite a few of us, there was plenty of space and privacy was also there. It was a beautiful place to stay and not being too far from the beach and the boardwalk was a plus. It was a great place to stay and I would recommend to anyone looking to get away!

You will not find a better run,vacation rentals business in Seaside NJ. As we arrived in Seaside last year ,the owner was there to meet us ( we were 3 hours late due to traffic) and he showed us where to park,showed us the entire house and explained how the parking pass and beach passes worked etc.
I was very impressed on how clean the house was,as normally,I've had to clean our house before moving in with past rentals.
If you really want a clean,carefree vacation house,this has to be the BEST in Seaside NJ
