super close to Coloseum, like 15 min away foot walk, and easy to travel by bus from there anywhere in Rome. Is having a big free parking and that is a big plus for somebody traveling by car as me. The room is small but cozy and really clean. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is really polite and helpfull. Great experince.
The shower is really small and I am pretty big, so, I was not able to fit in it to do a propper shower, but for only one night that was not a big deal. I will definitely choose it again in the future.

Nico was a standout staff member every morning at breakfast - he made the stay very enjoyable and memorable.

Clean, very quiet rooms. We never heard noises from other rooms or the hallway. It was situated in a quieter neighborhood but still with easy access to metro, great restaurants, and lovely walks to local sights (walk along the Tiber River and then by through quiet neighborhoods to the Pantheon in 30 min). Staff very friendly and helpful, and returning to an air conditioned room in July was amazing. If te get the chance to return to Rome, we will stay here again.

Everything ok

excellent breakfast - wide spread. rooms were small but very cute and had everything you needed. Beds were good quality but not great. for the value, i was happy!
access was hard... gravel driveway is the only entrance and suitcases don't roll on gravel. there was a sidewalk but cars were parked on it. so, it was very hard to access the property from the street. there were not handicap ramps into lobby, so had to lift suitcases up/down stairs to access. once inside, there was an elevator. not a big deal unless you have mobility issues (which i did have knee/foot problems on this trip).

Location is perfect, very close to the Piramide Metro station, which can take you to Termini for other metro options and even train, and also can take you to the Colosseum without issue.
Breakfast was good, didn't feel too Italian but tasty nonetheless. Especially loved the ice cold ACE juice, hot chocolate and the yoghurt with the flavored syrup and cereal. Very filling breakfast overall.
The hotel's restaurant has a large variety of foods you can order, very tasty and affordable.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The beds are very comfortable, to me at least, though some might not like that they might seem a bit too hard, but that's the way I like it.
While the staff were absolutely friendly and nice, they seemed to not know English all too well, which is strange for a hotel and hotel restaurant to have an issue with. Moments of misunderstanding are a small risk.
Not a big fan of the toilet being so close to the wall, but that is a very minor complaint and I understand that cannot be changed.
The shower hose in the bathroom feels a bit too short.
While the food in the restaurant is delicious, there is an issue with the freezer so you can't get any desserts like the Gelato and Tiramisu promised in the menu, which is a huge shame.
90% of the electrical sockets in the room did not work, the holes were too close together and something was blocking them so you could only plug in a phone charger in one socket by the table, which has an uncomfortable angle to it.
Sometimes turning on the bathroom light switch would not turn on the light.
Not a big fan of having the need to keep my room keycard inserted into the card spot for simple functions like turning on the AC and the lights. I would prefer to have my keycard next to my bed just in case, but I assume this system exist to avoid people from forgetting to turn off the AC and light when they are out.
Big complaint about the Wi-fi: Since there is, I presume, just one connection/router, if everyone is in their hotel rooms and is using the Wi-fi, the connection is practically nonexistent. It is very slow. Only times it was fast enough was when everyone was out of the hotel or sleeping, which was usually in the morning and late at night (about 12AM).
What doesn't help is the fact that the phone service in that area in general is very low/weak, so using a mobile data plan is out of the question as well.

Simple but cute and charming hotel.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I recommend getting two separated sigle beds instead of a couple’s bed , because they don’t have full size beds, the put together two single mattresses, which is awful! We couldn’t sleep well at all! The bathroom is super tiny. But it was well clean and organized. I am a 118 lbs , 5’5 woman so I could fit in the shower, although it was tight for me, for my husband it was tough, but he managed, and He is only 170lbs and 5’11

Delicious and enjoyable breakfast and convenient location.
The real disappointment came from the hotel’s WiFi, which was terribly unreliable. It was frustrating to have such poor internet connectivity throughout my stay. The bathroom experience was also underwhelming, with the water consistently running cold during showers. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that there was no fridge or minibar in the room. The mattress quality was subpar and didn’t provide a comfortable sleeping experience.

Hotel Santa Prisca is downtown with a short walk to the train and the bus is right out front, granting full access to Rome. In the area are a handful of restaurants and shops, but not overwhelming. HSP is English friendly, and the staff is happy to serve.
The attached restaurant is great for breakfast, but the waiter was overwhelmed and frustrated with our understanding of only English (we are sorry for that). While food was good, we still got chicken, as opposed to the veal that we ordered. Recommend going elsewhere for dinner.

I’m satisfied with the accommodation in spite of the room lacking some ventilation for fresh air or cool breeze. I had to open the window a bit but it got noisy.

Family run hotel with lovely staff, nice breakfast
Very quiet location, yet on the doorstep of a great area and close to metro line B to access all the sightseeing.
Walking distance to Trastevere too.

A busy, delightful hotel in a great area. Shops, restuarants, bakery and local bus literally across the road. Good spot, delicious breakfast a bonus
Would recommend for a night
We would have loved a little kettle in the room

Very good location, metro about 5 mins walk.
Staff were nice and friendly.
Room was small for a family with a toddler but okay otherwise. There is no ramp to the entrance of the hotel so anyone with a disability or pram would have a hard time.

We really loved the location of the hotel. Breakfast and overall cleanliness was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. The tereace behind the hotel is a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing in Rome.
The only thing we would recommend to change is the shower curtain.
The shower head was too high.
