Teh Caretaker took us great care upon our arrival. The condi was good, had arrangements for cooking, clean toilets, bedding etc. The expereince was good. Had some issues with parking as its First come and first serve basis, we managed that though.

The Condo was good, just needed couple of Fans. another sliding door with Mosquito net so that we could allow air inside and keeping mosquito outside because the Glass doors at home block air if kept closed and allow mosquitos if kept open..

The owner is very responsive and understanding. The unit has everything you need. It’s close to the town proper but the roads are steep. It’s convenient especially if you have a private car. Kudos to Ate Maureen for being so helpful. :)

Parking at night can be a challenge but there are guards around so it’s still secured even if you parked on the street.

Everybody was helpful ceom the owner, the staff and even the guards at the facility.there's mini mart outsode and seafood vendor at the atore outside the facility the view is soooo relaxing from the streams of watwr flowing and the top corner view of the unit. Best spot there is at courtyards. Thank you so much !!!

The apartment (601) was clean and the views outstanding. A quiet location. Security staff were helpful. Beds were fine.

The apartment lacked a kettle and toaster- 2 basic necessities. Parking was an issue at times - the guard didn't have our name listed on arrival which caused a delay in accessing the property. The shop owners downstairs accused me, via my wife, of only paying for one box of quaker oats but taking 2. This was a complete lie. I didn't make any such purchase... check your facts prior to making false accusations!

I love everything about the place. The place is accessible, clean, and has everything that we need. The host is so accomodating and gives us updates from the moment we arrived in Baguio till we checked out. Will definitely come back here again.

The parking is always full inside the building so we have to park outside the gate but it was not the host's fault. You will still have a parking space, you just need to walk a little.

The price is okay. There are two bathrooms. Good for at most 4 persons only.

Location is far from tourist sites. You need a car or taxi to reach it. Parking is a struggle every night for the rest of our stay. Unit is small for a group of six. Only 4 towels and 2 blankets provided. No place to put clothes or bags as cabinets were full. Too many reminder signs around the unit, like staying in a dorm. "Wash your own dishes before you leave.. Maintain cleanliness. Throw your trash here." Leftover toiletries ( or partially used by other guests) provided, e.g. half a roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms, half a tube of toothpaste, almost consumed lotion, comb, etc. 'Basahan' or foot rags hanged in the balcony for the rest of our stay, panira sa view. Carpets are dirty. We know because we swept the floor upon arrival and cleaned the entire unit before checking out as responsible guests do. Garbage disposal area is a good walk away.

Love this condominium unit, great staff service, very friendly and helpful ! Great location, reasonable price, and very clean and comfy unit! Everything was perfect! Will be back in the near future!
