The location was convenient and I really enjoyed having her own kitchen and laundry area. Had laundry soap and dish soap supplied for 4 loads each and supplied extra trash bags. Screened in balcony.

Did not like being on the 4th floor EVERYTHING could have been cleaner. Couldn't cook on front half of stove, food droppings all over the dining room table, chairs, and wall. Had to wash all dishes before using them although not a bad idea to begin with. Bathroom curtains had mold on it, other shower didn't have shelves so you had to have all items on the shower floor. Had 3 wash clothes for 5 guests, some outlets in unit works and some didn't. The bench seat and a chair at our table about collapsed, very flimsy and unsafe.
