just overall an amazing place for the value. located close to everything, great amenities, just overall extremely happy with my experience.

Filthy, stained carpet in living room. Sofa and throw pillows also dirty. None of the downstairs windows were locked when we arrived and one could not be locked because an air conditioner hose was positioned in the window. The neighborhood was sketchy, so we did not feel safe.

Easy to get to.

Cleanliness level! It was very dusty, to a point that we had allergy attack. Carpets were so filthy that we didn't take our shoes off the entire time.Sealing fans had 1/8 inch of dirt on them.Heat filter intake was plastered with dirt, so we couldn't use it.It got to 50F. in the morning.We had to clean the kitchen an the bathtub to use it. When the check in time is @ 6p.m. beware!!

Location was excellent, the home was comfortable and the hosts were exceptional to work with
