Location was great. Very close to Caleta beach and city center Very close to public transportation House was very big and comfy. Staff was very helpfull.

Perfect location only minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Third floor so a little difficult with luggage. Would not be suitable for someone that has trouble with stairs.

Great location, clean as a whistle and lots of space for a family and secure.

Could offer more coffee and tea as hospitality but there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby. also make sure you read the small print because you have to collect the keys from the office which is a 10 minute walk away but easy to find.

Superb location, right next to la Caleta beach. Mixing with the locals at Bar Agustin and Cafe Bar Periquito at breakfast is a great start to the day. Apartment is very well equipped. Sunset at the beach is highly recommended. The coat racks in bedrooms are useful, especially if there is no wardrobe. Instructions upon arrival/key collection are accurate and useful. Moderate paced walk to the train station will take 20 mins.

Ventilation in the bathroom could be improved.

New, modern, everything mentioned is there, very close to the beach and old centre, bus & taxi stops nearby, very friendly & helpful staff in the agency

It is on the 4 !!! floor (including ground), no elevator, rather tiny for 3 bedroom, no exhaust and towels hooks in the toilet/bathroom, very noisy with rebuilding in some buildings and apartments. Difficult to find at night with no pictures and clear directions provided besides the address. No beach towels, chairs, etc. - nothing for the beach provided. Gas water heater which is difficult to manage to have normal temperature
