Ce condo pratique, confortable et accueillant a été meublé et entretenu avec amour. Ce sera votre point de départ idéal sur le côté au vent de l'île d'Hawaï. De là, explorez le parc national des volcans, les observatoires du Mauna Loa, le zoo de la forêt tropicale de Panaewa (GRATUIT!) et bien plus!
Il y a deux chambres, avec des lits queen et king-size à plateau-coussin. Salon bien meublé avec des marques comme Lay-Z-Boy, Flexsteel et Tommy Bahama. Tous les ustensiles de cuisine, la vaisselle et les appareils de cuisine sont à jour. Nous avons essayé de penser à tout - il y a même un cuiseur à riz et un moulin à grains de café frais!

Very easy to arrange.

We had a great week here. I was hoping for a cool garden experience, which we surely had. Also, a bonus ocean view complete with whale sightings!! Take binoculars if you have room. As we have lived in Hilo, I was expecting mosquitoes and we had none. Just a wonderful time!

We had a great week here. I was hoping for a cool garden experience, which we surely had. Also, a bonus ocean view complete with whale sightings!! Take binoculars if you have room. As we have lived in Hilo, I was expecting mosquitoes and we had none. Just a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our Christmas in Hilo. The apartment is as described and served us well as a base for a week on the Island. Hilo is a small, quiet town but had a few shops, a vibrant farmers market, museums, and some nice restaurants. It is the wetter side of the island, and we enjoyed exploring the rain forests and waterfalls in the area. There was enough sun, though, that we were able to be at the beach almost every day. The part right next to the apartment is great for swimming, with a cove that made it easy to relax in the water, or you could go out further to experience the waves. Volcano National Park is about an hour away. We also ventured to the Kona coast, about two hours drive, where it was warmer and dryer(and much more touristy/commercial) for a sailing/snorkeling tour. Another day we headed southwest to the black-sand beach and then to the green(ish) sand beach. Our host was helpful and replied quickly to all my questions.

We had an amazing time. The condo was an older building but very clean and maintained. Well stocked with household items including a vacuum which was nice to have. Very nicely decorated also. Steps away from a lagoon where we got to swim with turtles. Looking forward to renting again. Will happily refer our friends!

Five Days in Paradise
Very clean and comfortable condo. Kitchen was well equipped. Added bonus were the lovely parks nearby. Location was great - close to town. A suggestion... a bbq for guests use, perhaps in the pool area.

Dampness
The room was very wet the carpet and our clothes were always damp. Too hot needed fans all the time. The views were great from the Lani.

Had everything we needed for our two night stay. Well equipped condo, easy to drive to and great location for the snorkelling. Good value for money. Would stay again for a short 2-3 night stay in Hilo.

Home away from home and more !!
Myself and company were completely impressed with Arla’s rental. Everything we needed to make us feel at home was there. She has thought of everything possible.
Opening the windows on both sides of the condo created a good breeze to keep the condo cool along with plenty of shade. The balcony was perfect in the morning to enjoy the sounds of the surf, view of the waves along with a good cup of coffee. The surrounding area was very quiet and never heard our neighbors above or next to us.
The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was good.
The rental has my highest recommendation and would rent it again.
