La propriété est située juste à côté de la grande route Margoa Clova principale. Emplacement tranquille, restaurants, supermarchés, salons de beauté, les dentistes, les spas de santé, centres médicaux ayurvédiques sont à une courte distance de marche. La plage principale est 1. 8 kms. un moyen.
L'appartement est bien entretenu, nous nettoyons et changeons lit Lénine et serviettes deux semaines. Tout est prévu pour et toutes les demandes spéciales peuvent être accueillis.
Alimentation de secours est prévue en cas de panne de courant.
• Surface habitable est spacieuse et confortable. Il d'une télévision LED, lecteur DVD et Satellite avec la plupart des grandes chaînes comme la BBC, CNBC et les chaînes sportives, les grands événements en direct sont disponibles. Table basse et un canapé-lit sont également fournis. Le salon ouvre dans un grand balcon donnant sur le complexe.
• Il y a 2 salles de bains. On est attaché à la chambre ayant des lits jumeaux et un autre est situé au centre. Les deux salles de bains sont avec douche, WC et eau chaude, la douche a des cloisons de verre.
• La cuisine est entièrement équipée, dispose d'armoires, réfrigérateur / congélateur, machine à laver automatique, bouilloire électrique, four micro-ondes, grille-pain, des casseroles de cuisine et toute la coutellerie nécessaire pour 4 personnes.
• Chambre 1 a un lit king size, 2 tables de chevet, lampes de chevet. Ouverture de la porte à l'avant balcon donnant complexe.
• Chambre 2 avec deux lits simples.
• Balcon avec chaises.

It was the best serviced apartment we have rented on holiday to date. A lot of thought was put into what one requires to live in a place & we did not have to contact the owner once. It was centrally located to all the main points of interest such as the beach, restaurants, shopping & entertainment. The owners were most considerate stocking up supplies for us so we did not have to go out & shop immediately particularly as We arrived late at night. All amenities such as stoves, fridge, washing machine, beds, furniture, tv etc were of good quality making life so much more enjoyable. We will definitely stay in the same apartment or similar when we return.

Stayed one week here.left today for crazy Calangute! Nothing was too much trouble for owners Alex and Maria.Lovely clean apartment at reasonable price.
No trouble collecting us from airport and arranging transport for us to Calangute today after a one week stay in Colva with its beautiful quiet beaches. Highly recommended accommodation.

No trouble collecting us from airport and arranging transport for us to Calangute today after a one week stay in Colva with its beautiful quiet beaches. Highly recommended accommodation.

The Property.....When we arrived we found the aparment well equipped with everything we even had a nice welcome pack of eggs milk bread butter and two bottles of beer and lovely basket of fresh fruit.
The distance to beach was nice walk or bus ride of only 8 rupees, I would recomend this apartment and I give it a score of 10 out of 10.

A very nice apartment with a very helpful landlord who was really the best landlord I have ever had after spending most uk winters in Goa. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need.
The added bonus was the landlord being so nice and helpful while we was there.
