The decor was great, it was a very nice modern apartment tastefully decorated. There was parking outside the front door, it was warm.
The beds were a little on the hard side, and in the main bedroom the double bed was small, they've squeezed another single bed into the room which detracted from a more pleasant experience. Ironically, if five people did stay, there wouldn't be enough cutlery, cups or mugs. there was enough for four not five people, plus it would be a squash and a squeeze for five in the apartment. It wasn't a 10 minute walk into the city center. What really spoiled the visit was the hot water not working in the main bathroom for the shower, my youngest son had a nice hot bath, but unfortunately the eldest had two freezing cold showers. The en-suite shower had only tepid water at best so no happy wife :0(. If we had hot water available it would have been a much happier visit, we just lucked out.

Coffee machine doesn’t work
Property manager said that there was a no music policy past 10pm, however we were kept awake between 1-5am with other visitors in upper flats with music blasting on full volume, people jumping up and down dancing, slamming of doors, screaming, etc. All that was offered as compensation was a late check out - no good for us and nothing else offered in return.

Gorgeous 2 bed apartment, short walk into the city, parking at the back of the property. Adam was a great host from first communication through to entering the accommodation and called after to check that we were happy with our stay.

1. The shower heater in one of the bathroom is not working
2. Some of the tenants were quite disturbing at night, we experienced loud knocks on our door in the middle of the night

Very clean, lovely apartments with everything you might need. The complimentary juice water and biscuits were a really nice touch and perfect for our group booking.
There was a slight miscommunication with the door code but other than that everything was excellent.

The location - it was only a £6-7 Uber ride from The Headrow.
There were two bottles of orange juice, two bottles of water, lots of milk and packets of cookies on the table.
The mood lighting.
The kitchen was well equipped.
Good coffee machine.
Netflix.
We received no prior notification of the door code to access the property, we had to text them and call them to chase them for access information when we were in the taxi on the way to the property.
There is no lift - we had to walk up three flights of stairs with luggage (apartment 8).
The window in the main bedroom is broken and will not close so it was too noisy and we had to use ear plugs to sleep.
The shower in the en-suite ran cold (not 'below temp', it was actually as cold as the cold tap).
The en-suite smells of drains/sewage (??)
The shower in the main bathroom was barely warm and the temperature could not be increased.
Both sofas in the lounge were broken in the middle.
The dishwasher did not work.
There were long black hairs on the floors.

No communication regarding access PIN code prior to check in so I had to call the host to find out what was happening. Fridge hadn’t been cleaned. Handle missing from bedroom door and broken toilet seat. Pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. Wifi very poor.

The apartment slept 6 (there was 6 of us) but the dining table sat only 4 and only 4 plates! There was just enough cutlery minus a fork! The seats in the lounge area wasn't big enough for everyone. Coffee maker didnt work - it needs cleaning.
Would be helpful of the description of the apartment stated that the door code will be messaged or they will call you... I meesaged a few days ahead asking about arrival and got no reply. The day before, i had to call Booking.com themselves to assist!

Loved the decor of the apartment, was very spacious with very comfortable beds. Was very clean.
Was a bit of noise when going to sleep with people shouting in the corridors. also the frying pan was burnt so not very clean when we needed to use it, this may be because there was no cooking oil.
