Everything,
The staff, the food, the rooms, the room service, everything was just on point. Loved it.
Loved the fact that when the electrian could not resolve the lighting issue in our room, we got changed to another room
Was surprised having to pay $30 to have a visitor

Excellent rooms, fast check in, nice luttele quiet bar and outside area. Just really top notch international standard hotel. Good location as well if your traveling by plane next day or boat

Very clean and the rooms were comfortable and quiet The shower was excellent and everything looked fresh
Small issue but the hairdryer plug was damaged and so it didn’t work

Almost everything was good. staff at reception Duty manager, Dourine, Meimuna and Walter was very helpful; also Antonio at dining was very helpful.

This is what Tanzania lacked for so long, just a clean and predictable pleasant business hotel with high international standards.
I didn't have a chance to eat any meals so can't comment on the food. There nothing I experienced that I didn't like.

Decent hotel to stay in Dar Es Salaam. staff were nice, room was immaculately clean. ideal for business travellers
the pool area is too public! everybody from their rooms can see you swimming. Breakfast was too pricey for what it is. only one electric socket in the whole room

Noisy aircon in room.
The fridge wasn't working,
Only one point to plug in forms etc,bedside is a good idea,also socket only worked when lights are switched on.
