Breakfast choices good. The food was freshly prepared.

Poor quality coffee. It wasn’t possible to get an espresso with good Spanish coffee. The one place we found that had a machine flamed it was strong Italian coffee but really it was very weak and insipid.

The staff is very polite. We were offered a glass of champagne during check-in. The room was big with a beautiful view of the sea. Direct access to the beach. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is like a maze. You need to change 3-4 different elevators (or go up and down endless stairs) just to get to your room. There is no room service in a 4* star hotel. Really? The quality of food for dinner was bad most of the time. Rubbery beef steaks, fried fish that was still frozen in the middle when I bit into it. I wish I hadn't booked HB. The price of drinks is higher that in some nearby 5* star hotels. We had to go to the city and buy soft drinks and alcohol, otherwise the bill would be triple. Free water bottle only available on check-in. After you can only buy it for 1.50€ at the Reception. Both the price and the need for the guest to pay is hilarious, considering the guest already pays 200+ euros per night.

Location (walking distance to very beautiful beches, 20 min drive to Playa de Sotovento), proximity to the beach (path from hotel to the beach), very quiet (suitable for a relaxing holiday), wide range of choices for breakfast (coffee especially was tasty) and pool facilities were great - overall very nice resort

Our room was really large and clean next to the pool and short walk to the beach. very private and relaxing. no stress.

a lot of steps but is built on side of an cliff. the shower could have been better but this is only an small grip.

Very friendly personal at the reception and in the restaurant. Lovely view from the hotel and the hotel is located at the sandy beach (private). Half board definitely worth it, outstanding quality food and choice. Some evenings themed nights with champagne. It is possible to order transfer to and from the airport (11.50 EUR/head in Jan 2023) through the hotel. Every night there is live music/singer in one of the bars. There are 3 external pools, 1 internal pool and 1 Jacuzzi.

The pools could be warmer (specially in January). Sauna is charged extra (20eur/head).

the view from our room was incredible and the hotel was peaceful and clean at this time of year so very well maintained. all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely perfect hotel! Everything was great - the room, service, food and location. It is very clean as well. Pools are beautiful and clean. Thank you a lot and see you soon again!

Would be great to have an option of upgrading to half board any time during the stay and if you could include a tiny toothpaste within your vanity kit. Also, Booking says you have antialergic cusions, but unfortunatelly there was none at the hotel.
