Mo was so lovely and friendly, we felt welcome straight away.
Breakfast was delicious and filling - good selection of cereal, jam and yogurt, however we went for the cooked breakfast, which was kindly made vegetarian as per our request.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Overall our stay was an amazing value for money with the added bonus of having our dog with us.
The car park nearby seemed a bit shady after dark, so I would personally recommend you try and find an on-street parking space..

We chose the room with a separate bathroom which was a bit inconvenient but there is options for on suite bathroom

No parking nearby except expensive multi-storey; at the height of season limited free parking a considerable walk away.

Nicely decorated room with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space to put things and move around.

Brilliant location just a very short walk from town and the beach. Although there is no parking on-site, there is a multi-story car park almost immediately next door with reasonable rates for 24 hours.

Amazing welcome and mo went the extra mile and placed birthday balloons 🎈 in the room for my dad's 60th birthday 🎂 breakfast was amazing room was comfortable clean and overall was an amazing weekend. Will 100% be back. Thank you mo for going the extra mile and making us feel so welcome love Julie and colin

we took our 2 little dogs and Mo made us feel so welcome right from the start, amazing cooked breakfast and the room was absolutely spotless one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in 😊😊😊😊😊

Location couldn't be any better,Comfy bed,cosy warm room,Molly is lovely and friendly.Fab cooked breakfast and catered for my decaff preferences.Also lent me a dressing gown as I had the room with external bathroom and didn't even think to pack one.For the price you won't beat it.

Lovely B&B, Mo was very friendly and accommodating, rooms are very clean and the breakfast was delicious, you can have cereal, fruit, toast and a cooked breakfast. Fantastic that we could also enjoy our holiday with our dog as well.
