Tous les nouveaux meubles haut de gamme. Passez des soirées d'été à l'extérieur sur notre terrasse privée avec foyer au gaz et grill. Détendez-vous et regardez un film dans notre salle de jeux avec table de billard, bar, ping-pong, grand écran plat et sectionnel. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Garage 2 voitures!

Salle de bain principale dispose d'un immense dressing et d'une baignoire profonde. Chambre à coucher principale avec télévision à écran plat et foyer au gaz flambant neuf. 2 autres chambres à l'étage ont chacune leur propre salle de bain et de nouveaux matelas à mémoire de forme. Buanderie à l'étage aussi bien pour les invités à utiliser
Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un magnifique piano à queue et un salon confortable, ainsi qu’une cheminée à gaz à savourer en hiver. La cuisine des chefs a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un repas gastronomique.
Le sous-sol a une autre chambre avec dressing et salle de bain complète ainsi qu'une salle de télévision, un bar et une table de billard!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just like the post and pictures. We were a group of remote workers met here in person, so the separate bathroom/bedrooms was a perfect setup. There was plenty of areas where we could gather and use the TVs to display from our laptops, etc. And our local coworkers joined too, so we had ample space and comfort.
The location can’t be beat, with everything needed within an easy drive and lots of options for delivery food too.
We would stay here again.

The home was perfect in every way! The location to the park, shopping, coffee shops,restaurants , & downtown was terrific. The entire home was warm and inviting. It great to spend quality time with family.

The home is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone and many bathrooms which makes things easy when multiple people are getting ready at the same time. Cleanliness was good but not great, ice maker in the fridge does not work so we bought a bag of ice for our stay but that’s not a big deal. We had to reach out to the property manager to get check-in instructions on the day of our arrival which I have never had to do before. We also reached out to the host during our stay and never received a response which was disheartening and made me very glad we didn’t have anything emergent come up as I don’t think we would have received a response. Location and home is great if communication with host was better it would definitely be 5 star.

House was clean and luxurious. The location was amazing!! The nearby park is beautful for walks. The rental had everything we needed for a bachelor party- ping pong table, fireplace with patio, built in bar, etc. Check in was smooth with no complaints.

We loved this property. It was only a half-block from Wash Park, a mile from Cherry Creek, and quick access to everywhere we went. The neighborhood is fantastic. The property itself was set up perfectly. It had ample on-street parking as well as a garage. It was just my wife and I (although our daughter, baby, and husband visited), so it was easy to spread out. The property would easily work for a few couples. Leslie was easy to communicate with.

We were there for the US Amateur golf tournament and there was so much wonderful space in this house for five of us. The college kids loved having a ping pong table and their own space in the basement. We were a quick mile walk to coffee and great shopping and yummy restaurants. We had a few questions with Wi-Fi etc. and received immediate responses. Wonderful trip and would stay here again!

The house is huge and perfect for a family or group of friends visiting Denver. Located near Washington Park is great!! Tons of great restaurants and bars very near by!! The host was very responsive and super easy to work with. Highly recommend this property and I’m in the vacation rental business!

One of the photos of the property which made us want to stay in the house was the picture of the patio with outdoor fireplace. It’s a lovely space but it is in mild disrepair. Cushions are mildewed and/or stained to the point where I asked management to send cleaning over before we sat on them. Sliding door to this area is very hard to open/close and the screen door fell off during our stay.
Other annoyances for a house this size and price— one hairdryer for 4 bathrooms. We had 4 women trying to get ready for a wedding and one hairdryer is not enough. Also no dishwasher soap, no sponges or dishcloths to clean. Drawer front coming off in kitchen. Again, maybe ok for a cheaper house but definitely not for one in this category.
Location is great and neighborhood is wonderful. Loved having a garage. It’s a lovely house and someone just needs to give it a little love.

This house was wonderful and the location couldn’t be better for families. It is half a block to Wash Park, a lovely place to walk with a great playground. The neighborhood is quiet but with a Starbucks and other restaurants within walking distance. The house is beautiful and was sparklingly clean when we arrived. There was plenty of space for my family of four plus my parents. My kids especially enjoyed the pool table and arcade game in the basement. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to perhaps add some plastic kids cups/plates/utensils for families to use. We really loved this house and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Denver!

Beautiful Location
This is a beautiful house with lots of room to spread out. Lots of seating, nice patio area to BBQ. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. There is a huge master suite and a very large walk in closet. Great neighborhood for walks and convenient to stores.

Short Weekend in Denver
Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in downtown Denver. There was plenty of space for all of my family and the house had everything that we needed and more! Pool table, video games, TV in every room, surround sound all around and a fire pit on the back patio. Plenty to entertain everyone. These neighborhoods are notorious for having to fight for a parking spot remotely close to your front door but not here! There was plenty of parking all day long, and even a garage if the circus came to town. Will definitely stay again...

The house was everything we needed and more! We had plenty of space for our multigenerational family stay. Nearly every accommodation was met or provided. The house even had a high chair and pack n play for the baby! We had a little trouble regulating the temperature of the three floors with the thermostat—but we also experienced big temperature fluctuations while in Denver (34-75 degree weather). However, something like nest, or other smart thermostat might be helpful for this property. Also, a stool for the kitchen or bathroom would be great to help those of us who are vertically challenged or small children. Absolutely recommend this property, we’ll be back!

This house was a great option for a short spring break trip. Close to everything, super walkable, and a really nice neighborhood. The house was clean and absolutely as advertised. Leslie was great and as people who rent from VRBO frequently, we highly recommend this charming house in Denver.
