Very close to the seaside, big and comfortable apartment.

The remote controller of the television was not functionable ( although we changed batteries) and the elevator very small

Location was great, perfect for our needs.

The place was huge and modern with great aircon and a great balcony and a great location. We were headed for a sailing trip the next day at Alamos. Perfect for that. Took a taxi there due to luggage but could have walked there. The hostess let us store luggage there until 2 pm. So sweet of her and she was so reponsive

Fantastic apartment, just better than on pictures, everything you need for living is in the apartment. Just 1 min. by foot from the beach, just 20 min. by foot from Flisvos park, just 10 min by tram from Kalamaki beach. Apartment located on 7th floor, incl. elevator, with large balcony and amazing sunrises at 6:30 from the rock side. Thanks to Anna for immediate helpful assistance 24/7 by phone and Whatsapp.

Location was very good. The apartment was clean and airy. We were happy with our experience.

In our 10 days stay we would have liked it to be serviced (cleaned ) at least once if not twice.

Everything was great! Big flat, comfortable bed, clean shower, kitchen with everything you need, and huge balcony where you can relax after a hot day. The apartment has two air conditioners and this is a big plus, so sometimes it was very hot. There is a trailing stop near, the big supermarket, and Edem beach.

Location was great. Just around an hours drive by shuttle bus from airport (X96) a short walk by the street to the house. Across the road from Edem beach, has a store at the main street if you need to get anything for apartment. Very close to the Athens centre (we took taxi 11-20 charge). But can take tram 6 as it's stop is right beside the main road. Keep in mind to walk to the top of street as our satnav stopped showing it halfway through, but it's easy to find. Last house on the left, at the end of the street. It's an old apartment house but apartment itself is very modern. Apartment is on 7th floor, very clean and well equipped. It's just as you see in pictures, nice and comfy. Has a huge L shaped balcony with city/mountain and sea view. There was Aircon, iron, hairdryer (not very powerful to my liking), washing machine, dishwasher.. everything you need for a comfortable stay (even complimentary orange juice, coffee, shampoo, shower gel and dishwasher tablets) Host Anna was very quick and helpful in getting back to us giving response and suggestions for our stay. If I ever go back, will defo stay there again. PS, frog serenades just gave a bit of charm to the stay.

The flat is modern, there is everything needed. Very clean. The location is perfect-5min from the beach and from the tram stop connecting directly with the city centre. Very polite and helpful owner.

The area was a bit loud on the weekend night, but nothing unbearable. The noise was the only downside.

Everything - the apartment is clean, spacious, location is great (we wanted apartment by the sea, not in the downtown and it was really close to the sea), the balcony is big and on one side you can see mountains, on another side - sea, really nice view as apartment is on the 7th floor. It’s just 30 minutes (by foot + tram) to the downtown and all touristic objects, it’s just 5min to the sea by foot, more wild beach, but with nice beach bars, it takes 20min by foot to more touristic beach called Kalamaki. Near apartment there is a tram and bus stop, grocery store, a lot of nice and not expensive local restaurants, we really liked this area 🙂

The only downside of this apartment is that it is next to canal, where a lot of frogs live and they sing at night and you can hear it on the 7th floor (when windows are opened), but ear plugs solve it 🙂

Great value, all you need in a single apartment. Great guide for the zone and facilities around.

The frogs and outside noise was very disturbing during the night even with all doors and windows closed.

Great place. Bright and modern apartment with a huge balcony and wonderful kitchen. Lots of space and facilities for convenient living. Piraeus port is 20 minutes on taxi (7-10 Euro) if you want to travel on the islands.

Minor things, like fix the curtain stoppers.

Fantastic location, top floor, great view. Next to all things like supermarket, beach, transport. Nice open spaces, air conditioning for hot days, nicely decorated apartmemt feels homey.

Bed is a little hard but still fine.

Upon arrival exactly at check in time 14pm the door was locked, and the host Anna did not answer the phone, ignored our calls. We stood with our suitcases in front of the door for about an hour. The apartment is moldy, there is a strong smell of mold. The host Anna answered for our complaint about it rudely that it was not her problem (she said "Why should I inform you about it"). Also the whole mattress in springs is not suitable for use. After payment, the host answer rudely or does not take the phone at all.
