Die Empfangsdame war nicht sehr zuvorkommend, hatte vor Abreise aus Bonn um ein Apartment mit Meerblick mit " zwei Schlafzimmern gebeten, auch gegen Aufpreis, was von Booking.com für 50 Euro Aufpreis möglich gewesen wäre. Die Dame wollte das vor Ort klären, was leider nicht meiner Vorstellung entsprach. Auch musste dann die Schlafcouch selbst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen der Bettwäsche selbst bezogen werden. Unser Urlaub hat dadurch an Wert verloren. Zu guter letzt erfuhren wir von den Nachbarn, dass die untere Etage doch nicht so prickelnd sei, da die Hunde auf den Kunstrasen pickeln. Am letzten Tag hatten wir die Balkongittertüre einmal nicht geschlossen und wurden prompt ausgeraubt, Gott sei Dank nur das Bargeld, ein sehr unschönes Gefühl.
Das Apartment hat uns keine Erholung gebracht leider.

Wir haben die ersten drei Tage unserer Reise hier verbracht. Es ist ein faires Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Parkplatz am besten vorher reservieren, da nur begrenzt vorhanden.
Lage ist ok. Für klassischen Strandurlaub würden wir uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Küche ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Für ein paar Tage aber völlig in Ordnung.

Cicha okolica, nad samym oceanem. Alejka do plaży. Czysto. Blisko sklep. Dobra baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie wyspy.
Problematyczny jest parking, ale o tym wiedziałam z opinii i zawsze znaleźliśmy miejsce bliżej lub dalej od hotelu.

Lovely apartment on the ground floor with a sea view! Thank you Acapulco for the upgrade!
Acapulco Ocean View does have a great view, literally just on top of the cliff overlooking the sea. There is a newly created walkway in front of the apartments, along the cliff top with steps down to the beach. This was just being finished during our stay. It is clean, well made and not very busy so you are not bothered by lots of people walking by.
Apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The soundproofing that is mentioned in the property details works really well and made for a wonderful, peaceful holiday. In fact the main sound the entire week was the sound of the waves hitting the rocks below us - lovely way to fall asleep.
Importantly - the bed was comfortable with good bedding and a spacious shower that always had hot water.
The staff were all really warm, friendly, professional and helpful. Big thanks to Christian at reception, Michael in the restaurant, and Lolli who cleaned our room beautifully during our stay.

Tolle Lage, die Appartments mit Meerblick sind wunderschön! Von morgens bis nachmittags hat man hier Sonne und einen tollen Blick! Anlage ist schön und die Mitarbeiter toll! Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach.
Unterkunft war gut, aber sehr einfach ausgestattet.
Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt, geputzt wird nicht täglich.

Beliggenhet og personale, fint at det er passe stort og muligheter for å lage mat selv. Veldig hyggelig med både velkomstgave og julehilsen
Gangveien var stengt for vedlikehold, det var litt upraktisk i forhold til nærmeste Strand. Møblene i leiligheten var litt vel shabby, har hatt bedre renoverte leiligheter der tidligere.

Great location with sea views from all the apartments. Both the apartment and the complex were spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of San Agustin, but within easy reach by foot. It is private and not overlooked.
Unfortunately the council was repairing the beach path which runs alongside the complex, causing quite a bit of building noise from 7:30 on working days. So there is a continuous background noise if you stay in the complex during the day. However, this is not the Acapulco's fault. And once it's done, it should be quiet and there will direct access to the beach.

Sehr schöne, kleinere Anlage mit Pool in einer ruhigen Lage direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und hell eingerichtet und bieten einen wunderbaren Blick vom Balkon aus auf den Atlantik. Die Bäder sind neu renoviert und besonders schön und hell.
Die Küchenzeile ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber, von daher gar nicht schlimm.

la posizione è ottima; la struttura è quasi completamente rinnovata, le pulizie vengono effettuate tre volte alla settimana, si ha la possibilità di accedere direttamente alla piccola spiaggia sottostante. inoltre, nelle vicinanze c'è anche un negozio dove è possibile fare piccoli acquisti alimentari. all'interno della struttura c'è anche la lavanderia con asciugatrice (a gettoni).
ci è stata assegnata anche la camera con vista sull'oceano per "ripagarci" del fatto che c'erano dei lavori in corso (da parte del comune)

the hot water in the shower ran out too fast and there was no extra bedding in the apartment.

property had so much space. Balcony was spacious as was main living area. Bedrooms small but didn’t require anymore space. Bathroom clean and very adequate.
Kitchen could have done with more utensils- scissors and a pair of tongs. An iron would have been good.

Location so close to the sea. Sound of the sea so soothing. No traffic noise. Bright clean will equipped apartment. No oven ( despite online photos) however good microwave with grill function.
The first apartment allocated to us was not satisfactory and did not meet the expectations we had from the photos on the website ( small outside area, different, much smaller shower, badly equipped kitchen, no oven in the kitchen, microwave sitting on the small dining table. ) We complained and were very quickly allocated a much better newly renovated apartment which we wouldn't fault at all.. EXCEPT that the mattresses were far too soft for anyone with back issues. We had to sleep on the bases of the beds in preference to the actual mattresses. Decent firm mattresses would have made all the difference to our stay.

Great location away from the crowds and next to a nice beach and small coves for swimming. Restaurant onsite was excellent and reasonably priced for breakfast or evening meals. Plenty of other good options also nearby for eating out. All staff very friendly and helpful and apartment was spotless and regularly cleaned with fresh towels etc

This is probably the nicest apartments I have ever stayed in stunning views spotlessly clean.
There is a one supermarket and one restraunt nearby and other restraunts are approx 20min away on a poorly lit pathway .

It was so peaceful and quiet. The place is charming, away from the crowds in other resorts. My apartment in the bungalow was over-looking the pool and the ocean in some distance and it was lovely waking up with such shades of blue. The rooms (yes, there are 2 rooms) are very clean and spacious, the bathroom is big enough. Beds are comfortable. It is 8 to 10 minutes of walking to the bus station, so travelling to Palma, Playa del Ingles or other locations was easy. Supermarket is very close, 2-3 minutes. Christian, the host was very nice and helpful.
The people coming there are very polite and neighbourly, caring for other people's comfort too. All in all, the place was exactly what I needed.
I wish Playa del Aguila was a bit more develloped, to be able to have a coffee at a bar, a meal at lunch, and not always self-cater.

The apartment was very nice and clean, the terrace had the ocean view. Every morning I was outsite on the balcony waiting for the sunrise while working. You can enjoy the silence and disconnect. It is a great location to work because you can find a very healthy balance. In two mins walking through a private path you reach Playa Besudo, gorgeous black beach. If you don't have the car you can walk to San Agustín. Staff very kind.
Last couple of days was bit too loud because of some neighbours arrived next door. This is something unfortunately you can't plan :)
