Nous avons introduit en 2017 une toute nouvelle maison 6br / 6ba et nous avons maintenant le "grand frère" à introduire en 2018. Ce sera la plus belle nouvelle grande maison de luxe de Pensacola Beach. Cette maison aura de l'espace pour 3 générations! Il comprendra 8 chambres à coucher complètes avec salle de bain attenante, 2 demi-bains, 2 buanderies, cuisine gastronomique, 2 réfrigérateurs, 2 espaces de vie, terrasse sur le toit, ascenseur, immense piscine de 36 pieds de long, etc. L'emplacement est génial, c'est sur le côté sud de Maldonado avec une maison de plain-pied en parpaings devant elle qui n'affecte pas la vue car c'est au-dessus de cette maison et donne sur la plage. We have stayed near several of the gulf coast beaches and this is by far our favorite. We had access to both sides of the isthmus with calm water on one side and waves on the other. Great soft sand on both. Plenty of room for all!

My husband and I decided to book this property as our reception venue and a place for our family to stay for our wedding. It was perfect! We had a small wedding so the balcony worked really well for a cocktail hour and the ground floor was a perfect reception area. I even went barefoot and had no issues with the smooth concrete! We had a couple issues withe the elevator but management responded extremely quickly and sent someone asap!

We brought a team of 20 girls to play in a volleyball tournament in Florida. This house was perfect for our group. We were able to cook meals together and eat together. The girls were just a short walk away from the beach, so they were able to go down when they had free time. There were games that they were able to enjoy together, and the most important aspect of this house was that we felt very safe.

Small things need improved like a newer grill...and the dryers need to be cleaned full of lint and didn't dry until we cleaned them...other than that great property great location nice pool highly recommend.

The house overall was good. We had a large group ages 1-70 staying at the property. Our only problem was the kitchen tools. The kitchen utensils for cooking need replacing. It was hard to make food for our large group (13 people) with spoons feeling like they were about to break. We did bring knifes and a can opener from home as suggested by another reviewer. A set of wooden spoons would be helpful. Also the main oven would not stay on. It is a gas oven and would turn off completely without us knowing. We used the wall oven more often.

Our family of 25+ had an amazing week in Pensacola beach. Excellent location and communication, plenty of room and the porches/balconies were awesome. We'd return again in a heartbeat

Amazing!
July 2-10, 2022. This is an amazing home! Family of 28 ranging in age from age 72 to 6. We were there for Blue Angels week and the top floor deck was an amazing view of the practices and main show!! The King bedroom on the main floor is huge - we had two air mattresses on the floor for the Little’s and still had space! The kitchen is well equipped and the patios…. Wow! Just wow. No better place for coffee and lots of laughs! We put our Coleman shade over the picnic table by the pool as a litttle shade is needed, but brand new poly wood patio set delivered while we were there and the maintenance team was awesome. While I’m sure our rental fee with the Angels week extra day helped fund said purchase, it was worth it ! The elevator is a little finicky, But we were grateful as my 17 year old and his broken foot needed it. I highly recommend this home!

Family vacation
There were 15 of us staying here - 4 families. We had enough bedrooms and baths that everyone was comfortable and able to shower and get ready in a timely fashion. I felt the walk to the beach was perfect and the view from the upper deck was nice. The kitchen was well equipped (could have used more kitchen towels). We cooked some very good meals here. There was plenty of glassware and dishes. The two dishwashers and two laundry rooms were a bonus. We would definitely go back again.

We rented this house for our wedding reception, and we were absolutely blown away by how nice it was. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is bigger and closer to the beach than the pictures show. We were so pleased with the stay!!!

We lived in the kitchen it seems and the island table was an awesome feature-the little kids had a safe place to sit and the adults had a place congregate while cooking. The gas grill was plenty big enough to feed all 28 of us every night with leftovers for lunch even.
The elevator was even more useful than anticipated (getting our matriarch around) with all the unloading and loading of food and luggage.
The location is ideal, far enough out from the shopping area that the beach is not overrun but close enough for a long walk or quick drive to all the amenities. We definitely will be coming back to this gorgeous home!

We had 26 people stay at the house for a week. There was more than enough room to accommodate all of us. Very close to the beach. And, the management company has a beautiful 6 person golf cart for rent which allowed us a short ride to the boardwalk.

The property management did an amazing job staying in contact even though there is no doubt they were under an extreme amount of stress. They worked very hard to get everything in running order and made a very stressful situation bearable. All Of that being said, the house was AMAZING and in spite of everything we had the most wonderful vacation and will be back!!

They worked very hard to get everything in running order and made a very stressful situation bearable. Family vacation
House was beautiful and very spacious. Communication with owners and property management was very efficient especially during this pandemic. The elevator was a godsend because my Dad is handicapped and used it frequently. Wish there was an ice maker. We would of loved that and even paid more for one. We would definitely stay again!!! Loved every minute of our stay!! Thank you!!
