Il a un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes. Salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes et cuisinière, réfrigérateur de 15 pieds avec deux portes (pas un réfrigérateur mini-bar). La cuisine dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner et servir des plats (s'il y a quelque chose dont vous pourriez avoir besoin qui ne fait pas partie de l'inventaire, l'administration fera tout son possible pour vous l'obtenir). Pour la lessive, il y a une unité laveuse et sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'appartement pour votre usage privé. Il y a aussi un patio extérieur privé avec une fontaine coloniale. Au deuxième niveau, vous trouverez une salle de bain complète avec baignoire et pommeau de douche. Vous pourrez ainsi prendre une douche ou prendre un bain dans la baignoire. La chambre a un lit queen size Serta. La télévision à écran plat est dans la chambre avec télévision par câble et un ventilateur. La chambre à coucher est de style loft. Il y a un accès wifi illimité.

This property operates more like a hotel than an individual space. But in Antigua that worked great! There was always a doorman to let people in. The place had the necessary appliances needed for a longer stay. Everyone that worked there was helpful and the cleaning service did an outstanding job cleaning the place.

Antigua is a delightfully old colonial city and El Marques apartments is in a perfect location for exploring the city on foot. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the security was nice and we loved having purified drinking water available near the security guards.
We had been on the road for almost two months and it was nice to be able forego restaurants and cafes and eat in. The kitchen was not stocked so we needed to buy all of the items we needed for cooking including salt and pepper.
One last tip: It appears that Google Maps sometimes confuses Avenida Nord with Avenida Sur. Make sure that if you are using the app, that it takes you south.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

David was highly communicative and responsive. We felt safe and secure in the gated property with 24 hour security. We enjoyed several meals at the porta hotel restaurant which was only a 5 min walk away. We highly recommend and would happily stay here again in future.

We loved our 10-day stay in this quiet location only 4 short blocks from the Central Park and the Cathedral. It’s clean, secured and convenient. The on-site Manager was super helpful as well as the 24-hour friendly guards, Jose and Luis.
We are looking forward to returning soon.

From check in to check out it was a great experience. David was very gracious and anything that wasn't working properly was fixed or replaced promptly. David always asked us if we needed anything, would have friendly conversations with us. Maribel the cleaner and handiwoman is also wonderful. She is thorough in her cleaning and takes care of the little things that need fixing or replacing. The grounds are well kept and clean, the securiy are attentive. There's hot water for showers and dishes amd washing machine inside, purified water from a dispenser near the security post. The best thing isnthat you don't get a separate electricity bill at the end of your stay which is all too common in Antigua. We stayed in this condonfor a month during christmas season and it was far enough away from the fireworks that our dog didn't have anxiety. It's walking distance to Central Park and a bunch of really delicious restaurants. I do suggest if going to the market to walk toward the market and wave down a tuktuk. There's no air conditioning, but it's not needed in Antigua, fans are fine. The only thing I didn't like was there is no green space.

Spacious and comfortable suites, friendly and helpful staff. 24/7 security on site. 5 blocks to the central square. Like most of Gautemala, the internet is not the best but as they say: "Guatever!". The unit was in great repair and very comfortable. This was a very clean unit. It offered a kitchen and washing dryer for my family traveling on a budget. Parking and unit was behind a secure entry with 24 hour security personnel, which allowed secure exit and entry at any hour. The staff was very receptive to my family needs - no problems! The location was located on a quite street away from the main square allowing for a relaxing stay. The main square and restaurants are easily accessed by a short walk, local taxi or personal owned vehicle.

My son and I roomed in the Don Pedro apartment for three weeks this last July. We found the location to be excellent; few blocks from the plaza but far enough from the center's noise. The staff, and especially David, the manager, made every effort to make our stay special and comfortable and provided us with extra kitchen gadgets since we did not want to eat out every night. (The kitchen is not fully equipped but you may ask to borrow what you need). They also provide their guests with airport shuttles and have a tour agency they can refer you to for travel around the country.
My son's wonderful Spanish academy, Ixchel Spanish School, is located two-and a half blocks away and so are several little shops nearby where you can buy many edibles including fresh made tortillas.
The security of the building complex made us feel secure throughout our stay and the apartment has a safe where to store valuables.
We will gladly stay again at El Marques de Antigua when we return to Antigua.

Well located and secure lodging in Antigua.
My three daughters and I enjoyed our stay at El Marques. It was well located so we could walk into town during the day or night. It was also a very secure sight with 24 hour security. Someone was always present to welcome us, arrange transportation for us, and answer any questions we may have. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and had all of the necessary amenities.

Fantastic property in a very convenient location to the historic city of Antigua!
My wife and I just spent two weeks at this property, and we couldn't have been happier. The apartment was even nicer than the pictures show on the listing. The entire staff was very attentive to all our needs and helped make our stay so enjoyable. The location of the property was ideal as well. It was only a short walk to the center of the city, but it was also in an area that was far enough away to feel very peaceful and relaxing. All of the furnishings seemed very new, and it was very well equipped for our stay. The manager was even kind enough to find a blender for us on our arrival so we could blend fresh juice every morning. We would definitely recommend this property to all our family and friends.
We both hope to come back to Antigua soon enough and hope to be able to stay at this property again!
