The handle of this booking was made by an external agency, whom we had contacted prior to our arrival to confirm a few facilities. This was confirmed, however, a few things were lacking in the flat when we arrived. They were not reachable during the (bank holiday) weekend and when flagged during check out, the staff didn't seem interested in the issue. Also, we had to rent bed sheets and pillows (10 €/person), set them ourselves and bring them back to the agency when checking out in plastic bags. Considering the price per night in the apartment, it's a bit far fetched.
