the staff were amazing!
the room key on the elevator was a problem. one night i had to go up and down the elevator to my room four times before we were able to get room key to work.

we were placed by the elevator that was very noisy ,and ask for for a discount and they said that it was not part of their policies

Great Hotel. The room was very clean. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. I loved the shower. The staff were very friendly as well. The food at the hotel restaurants was very good. All in all its an excellent hotel.
The only issue was the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned thoroughly. You can see spots and stains.

The breakfast was great. I loved the fresh fruits and apple juice best. Great variety
The oatmeal porridge. It was lacking flavour.

The price was a gouge due to demand for a conference. Way way overpriced but I needed a hotel.
