The property runs by owners The lactation you to be guided by the direction from booking as the name is different. And you need a car. Only the cleanness we have to stay for three night, no housekeeping for the flat. The flat you need to pay for everything else, electricity, water, if you need to change towel 25 BTH per one, electricity, water for three night around 1200 B, Only One TV.

What an amazing stay we had here! Everything was wonderful - beginning from the transfer from airport (for a very fair price) to all the activities that the staff organized for us. The villa is perfectly located close to many cafes and supermarkets and you can easily get to many tourist destinations from here by bike. The area around is also super nice. The villa is just as on the pictures and spotlessly clean. It has all you need for a vacation or long stay - all the kitchen equipment, even some washing powder was left for us to use. The airco is working good in every room. The cleaners come regularly and they do their job great. What’s more, we truly appreciated manager Eric’s help: he was there almost 24/7 in contact with us and reacted to all our needs in a professional and timely manner. After staying in the villa, we have only good impressions and will definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

All was exceptional. Just a small thing: there is no view on pool from the guest bedroom and in general guest bedroom is way more modest than master bedroom. We were told this prior to arrival, so this was not a surprise for us.
