Loved this house!! Everything and more that we needed! Dart board was huge hit for our 4 teenagers!! Nice outdoor seating! Stayed and drove to visit Grand Canyon. About 45 min-hour drive. Would definitely stay here again if in area!

We stayed during Thanksgiving 2022! Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the home so much. Plenty of room for the kids to play and I loved the Kitchen! Can’t wait to go back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have stayed at many VRBO‘s in our travels. This was by far the nicest one we’ve ever stayed at. The house was huge, the cleanest we’ve ever seen. And a wonderful experience. Deer in the backyard. Fully stocked and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough. Incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the Grand Canyon We were tired and it was so nice to come to a quiet and relaxing place. Very roomy and clean. Very simple directions for everything Would love to stay there again

We stayed for four days covering the Memorial Day weekend. This was our second time staying in this house and we absolutely loved it. First, it’s in a great location for the golf course. Second, the house has all the amenities anyone could ask for. From sitting on the patio in the evenings to cooking your favorite dinner, this house has everything you need. The house is plenty big enough for three couples, but is perfect for two. We are looking forward to our next stay here later this summer.

Brew Awakings, Anna’s Place for breakfast @the Red Garter and Grand Canyon Brewery for dinner! We took a day in Sedona and just like that a week gone by and memories are in our hearts!

The home was comfortable with ample sleeping arrangements, very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, plus condiments, seasonings, etc… that aren’t always available in rentals. The neighborhood was nice and the weather was beautiful. The roads were a little rough in the neighborhood, but it wasn’t a big deal. There were a few ants in the kitchen and we found some traps under the sink as we were getting ready to leave, so maybe those could be put out on the counters ahead of guest arrival. We would highly recommend this home. Williams was a nice town and about an hour from the Grand Canyon, which was the reason for our trip. We would definitely come back again to spend more time.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean, very very roomy, and the house was filled with everything we could possibly need. I will recommend this house to everyone I know. If I ever come back to this part of Arizona this is where I’ll stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was extremely clean, close driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go, quiet neighborhood, and easy and quick communication with the host. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place and a large kitchen with everything we needed plus lots more. It's close to the Grand Canyon Railway which is ridiculously hard to find. This house has comfy recliners, super soft and large towels, and a spacious master bathroom. Just make sure to the instructions in the living room on how to operate the shower! Great place!

Our whole family enjoyed our trip and stay at this home. It was the perfect size for six with room to spare. It was snowing when we arrived and was husband was very thankful to find a shovel! The fireplace was wonderful because of the cold and wet weather. Lastly, the home was close to town but also far enough away that we could see the stars at night and not feel like we were on top of anyone either.

House was completely stocked. They had the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Plus condiments, spices, oil, etc. All vrbos should be like this one. 10 stars for sure.

We've stayed at several vrbos over the years and I must say this one was my favorite. The house is large, and has a really nice layout. It was spotless, and felt so homey. There were plenty of extra blankets, and towels and pretty much anything you'd need and have in your own home. We were also fortunate to stay after the snow storm hit and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The kids played in the snow, and had so much fun. Overall such a great stay. Recommended 100%.

Check in was super easy and the layout if the house was great for oir family. Got snowed on pretty hard and had to shovel out the driveway but thats to be expected. Great location with easy access to downtown and local freeways.

We were pleased to find this home as exceptional as we hoped. The home was very clean and the amenities were better than stated in the listing. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My wife, daughter, three grandkids and I stayed at this corner lot property December 9-10. The house with a split floorplan was great and exactly as represented in the pictures. Beds were comfortable, television and internet worked great, kitchen had all the essentials, etc. The owners were very nice and accommodating and responded quickly to emails. The only negative is that photos of the back of the property indicate a wide open woods view with no neighbors around. However, if you are looking at the picture that shows a kitchen window view above the sinks out to the back of the property, new homes are being built close and to the right of the home that will greatly impact the view and maybe privacy if you are sitting on the back patio. Also, if you are looking at the same picture, there is a two lane blacktop road with a 35 mph speed limit running parallel to the property behind the first two sets of trees. Although the road is the main entryway into the subdivision, it was not very busy during our stay. Since it was wintertime when we stayed, these issues did not impact us at all. It is open woods on the other side of the road and the grandkids and I had a fun time walking through the woods. All in all, we had an extremely nice time at the home.

This is one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve had. Great amenities, location, and space. We were traveling with family which included three middle-aged adults, a twenty-something year old, 19 year old, and sixteen year old. We all enjoyed our stay. The space and sleeping quarters were perfect. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Great home base for Grand Canyon trip. Easy access to groceries etc. Just great all around.

We got the family together for a long weekend to visit Bearizona and Polar Express. This spacious beautiful home was just perfect for the 7 of us. I would highly recommend this property if your in the area!

I have to say this house is located in a beautiful community, it was nice watching the deer from the backyard. It is very close to downtown, which makes it very convenient. Definitely will be staying here again. Next time we’re in the area.
