Gutes Hotel mit Restaurant. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gutes essen auf der Speisekarte.

Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Ablage für den Kulturbeutel obwohl Platz genug ist.

Size of the rooms and bathroom was very good.

Room was OK, clean and nice. Terrible breakfast - or rather what was left. Breakfast is served at 7, I was there at 7:15, just 3 people already eating - and almost nothing to eat. Some bread, butter, boiled eggs and that's more or less everything. There was cereal (one kind), but no milk. No vegetables, no mayo, no youghurt or juice. I waited for 25 minutes for staff to show up and maybe provide some more food - without success. I have never seen anything like this, I guess there is better food in prisons. And they charged 35 PLN for this.

We stayed 3 days and the beds were not made once. Also room not cleaned or towels changed. The lighting in the room was very poor. I had arranged a sit-down lunch for 40 family members. The food was bland and a dish ordered especially was tasteless. The service was slow; the staff unhelpful. I was told only a few days before the meal that the banqueting room would only be available to us for a couple of hours, giving us no time yo find an alternative location. The room had been booked in July and there had been no mention of a time restriction when the room had been booked. (The banqueting room was subsequenly used for an 18th birthday party). I felt we had been treated very poorly and that the management had been dishonest. I would certainly not use this hotel ever again.
