big apartment, everything was clean, bed was very comfortable, fast response by owner.

Very nice location in the centre of the village, with balcony with nice sea view and the court in the background where is possible to make some barbecue - if you like it.
Nice cats coming to watch you whenever you leave the bedroom.
Kitchen equipment is little outdated and could be renovated and amended.

Very well equipped, comfortable apartment, a good location with a good view. It was easy to access, collect keys and check out. The host provided extra towels for beach/thermal pools. Parking was very easy.
This isn't something the host can influence, but it was quite noisy due to fireworks for a local festival and noise from the shop downstairs quite early and quite late. This was only an issue on the front living room/sofa bed space, not in the main bedroom.

There is a nice balkony with seats and table. In good weather you can eat outside. In the backyard there is a kitchen garden with a lot of parsley.
There is no heating system so the bedroom was cold in January.

The apartment is big. Advisable to stay more than 2 people to get to an acceptable level of price vs quality.
There were hairs on the sheets and on the cupboard. It was also dusty. The place is not as cozy as in the pictures.

Vivid village on the southern side of the island. Franco, Ponta Delgada, and Furnas are nearby. Good selection of beaches and hiking routes nearby. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Host was friendly.
Street can be a bit noisy. Windows are good, however, and provide sufficient isolation when closed.
