Casa Mia was a cosy place from which to explore beautiful Monchique. The kitchen was nice to cook in and the house was perfect for three. The shower and bathroom were perfect for us, yes it's a small room but that didn't bother us at all. parking and driving was challenging once you get into the town, tight turns etc, but video directions provided helps a lot - highly recommend watching video as you drive! Solves all problems! Dont follow google maps :) it was so nice to be in a house inside the atmospheric town and worth the drive!

Unfortunately there was a bad smell of damp after a few days in the bathroom as ventilation seems tricky in that room.

Lovely quiet location, cosy with everything we needed.

Not easy to find need name on wall outside building

It was super cozy and nice place to stay, with fully equipped kitchen, everything I could need was there. I liked the Portuguese traditional design touches, which made me feel that I really am staying in Portugal.

Finding the place was a bit tricky, but that you could expect if going to mountain village with very narrow and curvy roads. Ceiling in the bathroom are somewhat low, which could be an issue for taller persons. And hosts did not speak a word in English, though they were super-nice and helpful, and eventually we managed to sort out everything that was needed.
