location. great bed. good furniture. decor. functional bathroom, appliances and kitchenware. nice water pressure.
safety issue: wood border between kitchen tile and living room floor not fastened down - serious tripping danger. no laundry we could see. minor janitorial issue - Old cracker visible on floor at foot of bed. Used tissue on floor in bedroom.

Location is awesome. Booking process was a complete nightmare. Authorized my card several times, said it didnt go through then all the sudden I have a bunch of fraudulent charge attempts for several days.
The booking process was terrible we were standing outside in the snow for 20 min till I had to give the booking people a bunch of information I did not feel comfortable giving such as common information used by scammers and fraudulent businesses.

There was a water leak in unit 120 but we were quickly offered another unit (888-3) which we were very happy with.

The noise from the second floor apartment. No hair dryer.

Clean, well maintained. Centrally located. Easy access to parking.
We are of the age when our activities are limited. We were hoping for a view of the lake while we were relaxing in the room. Had we been informed that we had no view, we would have booked elsewhere. An important reason for visiting a lake is to see the lake. You need to be more informative. . . . The tub was potentially dangerous. There was no grab bar, and no tub mat, or any other form of foot security. . . . The mattress was narrow and too high. We needed a stepstool to get in.
