Near to the town, easily walked everywhere.

Really spacious flat, with a well equipped kitchen. The photos on the website are very accurate. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bathroom has a bath and shower which was nice and powerful. Nice lounge area with a balcony. Quiet neighbourhood. The location is good as you can walk into the city centre in about 15 minutes along the river. Ljubljana is a really pretty town, with lots of interesting museums. Definitely recommend you get the Ljubljana guest card, it's excellent value for money.

When using bath tube, watch out for the floor and your clothes not to be wet because the tap leaks and there is no draining hole in the floor

the tourist tax was not disclosed until we booked- it was 66 euro , which is hard on a family- seems like it penalizes large families who do not have cash lying around looked a lot nicer in the pictures than it actually was

Great location, easy walk along the river to center. Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Good on site parking. Spacious apartment. Bathroom plus toilet and washbowl in seperate room.

The grouting in the small shower cubicle was full of mould. The bedding was very old and worn. The garden was very untidy and in need of attention. We visited in October and mornings and evenings the house was cold. Radiators were very old with no obvious way of switching them on. The saving grace was an electric fire in the lounge so at least one room had a little warmth

The appartment is well located, pretty close to the city center and has a private parking. It also has two bathrooms (a small one and a big one with both a shower and a bath tub). Well organised self check-in instructions. Kitchen well equipped. Beds pretty confortable.

Some of the appliances are old and need to be replaced, furniture and inside doors included. The tableware was not properly cleaned beforehand, most dishes and cups were sticky. Interaction with the host a bit difficult before check-in, but in the end we managed to reach each other :). One night (out of three) we did not have enough hot water. All in all, a good money-value choice.

It was a big and spacious apartment. Very close to the city center, very good location only 5-10 minute walk to the city.

The apartment is very old, and though they tried to make it nice, you can really see that it is old and needs renovating. The bathroom was quite old and taking a shower there was not so good.

There was an initial issue finding the right lock box for the keys to get in, but after realising the door at the back should have been left open for us and the correct lock box was inside, we stopped trying to open the wrong lock box at the back door and found the front door open (you park your car at the back of the house so the first lock box you see is at the back). The apartment is well laid out and has everything you need, plenty of space for several people to share. There were a few broken items in the bathroom that look like they had just been left there (shelves, tiles etc) but on the whole it was a very clean and well equipped apartment. Location is good, about 20minutes from the three bridges along the river and past a few bars :)

The location is great. Very close to the old town - just a 10 minute walk. There is a parking space available, usually.

It wasn't very clean. The refridgerator/freezer was not nice. The dish sponges were wet, used and had a hair on them. There was also only 1 AC unit located in the kitchen/living area. So, the bedroows were VERY hot. The daily temperatures were 30C+. Investing in a few fans would really help. The WIFI went down one night and we couldn't contact the host, because there was no WiFi.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a private house in a quiet location. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and a coffee machine. Dining room, three rooms, balcony, bathroom with toilet and another toilet separately, toiletries, towels, bed linen. There is also air conditioning. We received registration instructions by email, the owner was always available on WhatsUp. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the apartments to the Old Town and enjoy great views of the banks of the Ljubljana River all the way. We had a great time in Ljubljana and had a great rest at Vacation House Artorius before continuing our journey.

The property is a very cosy house/apartment, with the appliances needed for both short and longer stays. It is located at a walking distance from the center and perfect for those coming by car.

For us the place was really good becouse it was very confortable, walking distance to the city center and safe parking inside the house yard. We did self check in very easy becouse the host provided very good instructions.

A spacious, nice apartment in a nice and quite area, but at the same time close to city center. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the fact that we had just one bathroom for six persons.
