Ne manquez pas cette charmante oasis insulaire de deux étages bénéficiant d'un emplacement idéal, idéalement situé au centre de West Gulf Drive, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage!
Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison dans cette maison de style classique de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain située dans la paisible communauté de Seagull Estates, au bout d'un cul-de-sac offrant davantage d'intimité. La maison a récemment été mise à jour avec une nouvelle peinture fraîche et tous les nouveaux meubles et accessoires. En entrant dans cette maison, vous serez accueillis par des plafonds voûtés, de belles portes-fenêtres et le doux et joyeux soleil de Floride qui pénètre sous tous les angles. La maison bénéficie d'un plan d'étage ouvert brillant avec un accès facile depuis le salon à la salle à manger et la cuisine, et s'ouvre également à deux vérandas séparées qui vous permet de faire entrer l'extérieur! L'étage principal est également partagé avec les deux chambres et une salle de bains commune. Les escaliers mènent à la suite principale privée qui comprend des plafonds voûtés dans la chambre, une salle de bain principale attenante avec douche séparée, une grande baignoire, un grand placard et le meilleur de tous ... La terrasse sur le toit dans la suite où vous pourrez profiter de la vue paisible sur la nature environnante! We cancelled this trip, the pool being heated was crucial to us, to be told it was heated at the point of booking. Then we were told seven days before our arrival that there was no pool available.

The place was dark. The pictures should reflect how dark the place was. The couch is worn out and should be replaced. The location was great as well as the mgmt company.

There were several positives about our stay. The house is in a great neighborhood and location. Beach equipment is provided. The beds were all comfortable. The property management team was professional, friendly and responsive. As far as constructive criticism, the house could use some updating, primarily the kitchen and bathrooms. Pots and pans need to be replaced. A few maintenance items should be addressed: loud HVAC unit (right outside MBR), fixing the ice maker and replacing interior and exterior lightbulbs. Also, the Master bedroom could use a sofa or chair for reading and relaxing,

Comfort in every room, well equipped kitchen, two screened in porches, and only 1500 steps to the beach via a designated private walkway. West end location had less traffic on roadways and bicycle path, but only 5 minutes away from two great local grocery stores and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy!

Enjoyed updated home and help from SBL
We really enjoyed the walk to the beach and community pool. The home is well-equipped with everything we needed. I called the SBL team to ask for a teapot and we had it within an hour. We really liked the fact that this home is located on a dead-end, so there isn't a lot of noise. The home was thoroughly clean when we checked in. We had a second clean before our family came and the housekeepers did a great job. We rented bikes from SBL to avoid any traffic and that helped a lot. Charlie had to come change our flat by the lighthouse. I highly recommend!

We were initially grateful to the agent, who kindly allowed us entry into the property a few hours early, as we'd been travelling for more than 13 hours to reach Sanibel. However, after buying a week's supply of food and placing it in the refrigerator and freezer, we discovered a couple of days later that the fridge-freezer was not functioning.The food in the freezer had melted and the food in the refrigerator was no longer cold. If the digital read-out on the appliance had been checked prior to clients' arrival, we would not have wasted money by the loss of a week's supply of food. Furthermore, the bath/shower was COMPLETELY clogged with different colored hair, so absolutely NO water could escape through the plug-hole. We managed to release it with the use of a knife & the bottle of Draino that the agent left outside the rental house with 2 polystyrene boxes full of water (presumably melted ice cubes). These problems were discovered on a Saturday night and we reported it to the agent (who said that problems would be dealt with on Monday). When I rang on Monday, he was shouted at me that I'd interrupted him taking his son to school. It then took a few days for the technician to finally establish that the fridge-freezer problem required a new circuit-board & not the first component that he'd attempted to replace. Carly at SBL has always been very helpful :-)
