the property was very clean and the perfect vacation environment over all the place and location was amazing

The location, the big space and the beds we're comfortable.
The property had pest control spraying right before our arrival and for the whole week we found dead cockroaches. Other than that, it was perfect.

Location is amazing. Each day started with us walking to downtown Starbucks (10 minutes) and then having a breakfast by the ocean (another 5 minutes walk from Starbucks). The townhouse itself has a good remodeling.
There is no central A/C, they have installed standalone cooling units in each bedroom and living room, which is both not super efficient and noisy.
