Where do I start! Mistakenly, and i didnt check the property discription carefully and missed the fact that the property does not have Wifi, yes, its true in 2023 it does not have Wifi. "buyer beware". The apartment is very small and cramped, and in need of a renovation. Its loacted in the Vicoria Surf "apartment complex" with other rentals. I actually found out that our weekly rate was 35% higher than the other renovated apartments located in this same building. So I was not happy. We stayed there for 13 nights and the host did not ask us if we needed a set of clean sheets or towels. I am sure he would have charged us for it as he does charge you 30 euros for cleaning the room at departure if you dont do this yourself. So therefore we did the cleaning. The shower had mould growing on the silicon corking and when I questioned this with the host he said it didnt come off. Well why dont you change the silicon, this not just normal maintenance. Anyway, my advice dont stay here, go to the Victoria Surf management company online and book through them, you will save 35%, plus have Wifi for free. A message to the host, you have a duty to upkeep your property and make sure the online photos reflect its true condition. Also to finish, there is no A/C and it gets very hot in summer. Thursday Friday and Saturday night you will hear the up all night revellersfrom the club below. They go on all night and with the windows open you are in for a restless night. Dont stay here!

Not all accommodations come with a view! Definitely not an apartment! A studio with a partition in the wall as a bedroom. Very dated furniture. Have to pay extra for towels and bedding!

The host was superb. Friendly, responsive, and easygoing. Best host I've ever had. The location was also great.

The bad was not good, and my daughter slept on the ground using a sofa sponge as a mattress. The place was tiny and a bit older than what's in the pictures :) The quality/price is the main issue. I'm not sure only the ocean view is worth 180 EUR/day.

THE VIEW !)) I wish I could stay forever with the air by itself and the view like this... That's actually the main idea you come to Biarritz)) No doubt we'll return again and if I'll not scratch some coins for "du Palais ocean view superior" I'll stay here for sure)))
