Ceci est un luxueux penthouse de 2 chambres avec des vues spectaculaires à 180 degrés sur l'Acropole et la ville. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied du musée de l'Acropole et du site de l'Acropole. Il dispose de deux chambres avec salle de bains, une chambre confortable avec un canapé-lit, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un WC supplémentaire et surtout un balcon avec une vue vraiment incroyable sur l'Acropole!
Il dispose d'une télévision à écran plat dans le salon, WiFi haut débit, AC, et toutes les commodités modernes. L'appartement dispose d'une machine à laver et d'un étendoir à linge.
L'appartement est situé au 7ème étage. Il y a un ascenseur jusqu'au 6ème étage et 17 étapes du 6ème au 7ème étage.

The view was amazing and the location is not far from tourist locations... this apartment is better suited for a group of young adults rather than a family.
The sofa bed room is in an enclosed porched and very uncomfortable. The furnishings are run down to the point were they feel gross and the kitchen table looks like crumbs on it but its the missing pieces of vaneer of the top.
Theses are all minor things and you can stay here ŵithout problems. It just didnt look like the older photos on the site. Just not what we eere expecting.
The communication was superb and the drive to and from the airport was well worth the money as the apartment is in the center of the city.

This location was a perfect landing for walking to almost everything! The shops, restaurants, the museums, everything was close by! The apartment was clean and comfortable and while it was on the top floor, the elevator helped with luggage but we mostly took the stairs. We appreciated both the help in arranging a ride to and from the airport and the welcome we got when we arrived, complete with a quick walking tour of getting around the neighborhood. We always felt safe and it was easy to navigate. Lia's communication was prompt and always polite! Book early to get this incredible place with a remarkable view!

What an amazing apartment. Very spacious for our party of four. Easy to get around. Walking distance to the acropolis and great restaurants. Our hosts were helpful and responsive.
The patio and the view were absolutely spectacular. A gorgeous view of the sunset and the Parthenon at night.

The location of the apartment is terrific. Walked to Acropolis entrance, Acropolis Museum and many restaurants. Close to grocery shopping and metro. The view of the Acropolis and Parthenon, especially from outside balcony area, is fabulous. Management team very responsive to questions and concerns. We had a great stay in Athens!

It doesn’t get much better than this! Beautiful apartment. Clean, spacious and modern.
The view and patio are absolutely stunning.
Perfect location. 5 minute walk to our meeting point for the acropolis of Athens tour. Lots of shops, restaurants, coffee and bakeries close by.
While not an issue for us, the hike up 7 flights could be difficult for those who have trouble with stairs. A small elevator is available for six flights.
They even helped arrange a car service from the airport for us. Well managed property, nice responsive people to deal with.

The place is beautiful. We have no complaints. The entrance to the building has garbage left everyday by the door. The lighting in the stairwell should be improved for safety. Also the washing machine should be kept up a bit more. Besides these things the place is great for a family to enjoy Athens. Thank you

Nice clean penthouse with a great outdoor deck and killer view of the very close by Parthenon (not just the walls of the acropolis hill itself). Short walks to Acropolis (3 min) and shopping in Plaka and Monistiraki Square (10-15 min). 2 min walk to Temple of Zeus and 10-12 min walk to get to Syntagmae Square (changing of guard). This location allows you to skip renting a car in Athens. Taxis are easy (if needed) on the busy road the property is on. The only shortcoming is that the building elevator is very old and is slightly bigger than than a phone booth, and has a 330LB limit which I wouldn't advise exceeding. This might mean several trips for a family especially with luggage. The elevator, like the 7 flights of stairs that are your other option to get to the penthouse, is not air-conditioned. The penthouse itself has adequate air conditioning which was appreciated during our stay where daily highs were around 105-110. The owner was very responsive and helpful setting up an airport transfer for us. Check in was seamless.

My wife and I and our two kids stayed for three nights. From prior to check in, I could not have felt more welcome. Lia and Costas provided a ton of helpful information, arranged out transfers, and were there to greet us when we arrived in order to explain how everything works in the apartment, where some of the sights were, and where to pick up groceries.
The place was super clean, all the necessities (including fresh ground coffee), and the design is attractive.
Absolutely nothing negative to say - it was a 10/10 overall.

The view is second to none. The apartment has everything you need. The location is perfect. Yannis took the time to show us the local area and great restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed! And we found the wine glasses 😉😁

This is it folks. Great location and the only thing bad I have to say is that the view is so spectacular all night and all day that we found ourselves sitting on the balcony just reveling in the acropolis view. Keeping us from exploring the city more. Lol.
This was our last two night stay at the end of a long strenuous two week tour through Italy, Turkey and Greece. The flat is comfy and large enough for two couples + one
Wine glasses would be a nice addition ss we could not find any in the otherwise well appointed kitchen. Had to drink wine out of coffee mugs.
Cafe and mini mart very close.
There is a lift to the 6th floor. Then one flight up to the apartment. The lift has a strict 150 kilo weight limit.
We will definitely book this again when we return to this lovely city.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building with an awesome view of the Acropolis. The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor and the apartment is on the 7th floor, not fun when you have lots of luggage. The apartment is clean and spacious for 5 people. The bathroom needs outlet to plug hairdryer, and better lighting. The two bedrooms in front are a little noisy at night because it faces the main street. Location is very good, nearby restaurants, gift shops, and attractions. Check-in and check-out was super easy. We really enjoyed out stay.

The location is very good and close to many restaurants and must see sites in Athens. The entrance into the condo is not great. Much graffiti around and next to an abandoned building. The furniture is very low and worn and could be replaced with higher chairs and couch. for comfort. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The host was very attentive to us and brought us things pretty quick.

We first walk into the place seeing the acropolis is amazing. Very comfortable place, clean easy accords to everything we need. If I come back to Athens this is the place I would like to stay.

We truly had the best view imaginable of the Acropolis. It was beautiful at sunrise and lit up all night. Close walking to everything. The owner had the cleaning staff let us in early to drop off our luggage and they explained how things worked in the apartment. It was nice to have coffee in the room. Close to a local market to get provisions. We had a beautiful stay there.

Two couples stayed at this property and we all agreed it is one of the best VRBO we have stayed at. The view of the Acropolis was incredible. Any time someone went into the front room, day or night the Acropolis view is there. The property is mall, but perfect for 4-5 people. The patio door opens up 12' + and the whole patio can be accessed and used for dinner or whatever. Several times we brought dinner to the patio area and enjoyed the outrageously beautiful view of the Acropolis and Plaka district. The kitchen is well laid out and perfect for light put together meals. Overall I highly recommend this property for someone staying for the Acropolis event/experience.

This was my second visit to Athens and my daughters first. The owners were very good with regards to communication and even arranged for a private car service (cab) from the airport. The location was amazing on the edge of Plaka. The Acropolis and Museum was 5 minutes away and there was an abundance of excellent restaurants within 5-10 minutes. You could be at the Temple of Zeus and National gardens within 5 minutes walk and Syntagma Square was about 11-15 minutes walk. The very excellent t Museum of Contemporary Art was 8-10 minutes away. All in all the perfect central location. The checkin process was seamless. The apartment was very clean and modern. The AC worked well despite being the hottest 4 days this year (101-103). All necessary amenities were there. You are on the 7th floor and there is an elevator that takes you to the 6th floor. And the icing on the cake - the view from the balcony of the Acropolis right in front of you. I highly recommend! And Kostas was very helpful with all our needs!

This is our 4th trip to Greece. On all 4 trips, the first few days are spent in Athens because each time we came we brought other people to share the experience with. We’ve stayed somewhere different each time. This is the farthest we’ve ever stayed from the market square / Plaka…about 2-3 city blocks away. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and had an amazing view of the Parthenon. The elevator only goes to the 6th floor (this apartment is on the 7th floor) and is only large enough to hold 2 people. The manager sent 2 of us up at a time and came on the last trip with the luggage. He explained everything and showed us around. There are basic cooking pans and utensils. When my husband and I travel, especially international, we try to keep in mind that this is not home and to roll with the flow. Although this building is old and is comprised of residential and commercial space, the lobby and exterior are dirty and dingy. My first impression was that I made a mistake. However, so much of Athens looks the same way so this location blended in with all of the rest. We also realize the Greece is recovering financially from Covid as well as earlier financial struggles so we were just glad to be there. Working with the manager was easy and responses were quick.

Great apartment, fantastic views and a good location. Responsive communication, possibility of airport transfers makes life easy. If I had to dig really deep to find something that was not so good, I would say the sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom is hard and uncomfortable. You really can't go wrong with this place. The views of the Acropolis are spectacular and is probably the reason you are visiting Athens anyway.

The view on the Acropole was the biggest value of the place and permits to forget the very noisy streets. The aparment was ok, but two of the beds were very hard. The big one was comfortable.
