Situé dans le quartier souhaitable de Gumbo Limbo, la maison est entourée d'un magnifique paysage mature. La maison offre quatre chambres et trois salles de bain. La cuisine comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable et un comptoir avec deux tabourets de bar pour des sièges supplémentaires. Détendez-vous dans le salon ouvert entouré de nombreuses fenêtres et portes qui mènent à une grande terrasse enveloppante pour profiter de votre café du matin. Détendez-vous et profitez du soleil ou nagez dans la piscine chauffée. Il y a beaucoup de divertissements pour la famille: table de billard, table de ping-pong et air hockey. C'est une maison incroyable pour les familles et un endroit idéal pour séjourner et profiter du cadre naturel de Sanibel. Animaux acceptés (avec approbation et frais supplémentaires non remboursables) et beaucoup d'espace pour jusqu'à 10 personnes.

Disappointing
We have enjoyed many rentals in SW FL, but this was our first disappointment. While the home is spacious and in a lovely neighborhood, it’s the worst house there. It shows real neglect. We had a myriad of issues to deal with: cleanliness, pests ( cockroaches, 3 scorpions - in pool area, outside, and in 2nd floor bedroom, and the perimeter of the property has 8-10 black plastic boxes that turned out to be (full) rat traps .

December Stay at Gumbo Limbo
We spent a month in the rental house at Gumbo Limbo. We have rented other homes on Sanibel over the years and this house was probably in the worst shape. The house is in a great location, has a great view of the lake, and has plenty of space but it's not well maintained. We spent a lot of time when we arrived cleaning up. The pool was dirty, TV's didn't work, and the sofa's were awful. Hopefully the homeowner gets some of these issues get resolved because it has the potential to be a great rental house.
But I can not say enough good things about Ryan and his team at Dream Vacations. They were very responsive to our requests and tried to solve things as quickly as possible. For example, we realized the grill didn't work and Ryan had someone bring us a new one within a couple of hours. The vaccum cleaner didn't work and Ryan showed up within minutes with a brand new one. We would definitely work with this company again.
