We loved the spacious room, and the layout was excellent. The Rooftop views were a special blessing.
It was close to the beach and really convenient to get in and out of the parking garage.
The staff was especially helpful and accommodating
Some kitchen utensils were getting a bit worn, but the dishwasher was a really nice bonus

Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious,
Two nice restaurants, lovely bar.
Pool & hot tub were both closed for maintenance, Very disappointed we did not know this when booking.

Pretty hotel- decorated well
Needs a lot of upkeep- during the slow season the hotel should compile a punch list to gear up for summer travelers and work on worn items in the hotel
Road construction is horrendous surrounding the hotel that simply takes away from its beauty
LBI you need to do better
The hotel should offer a small continental breakfast and offer their Living Room to serve lunch earlier than 3pm
The hotel has 2 restaurants that are not open to guest to later in the day/ night- not conducive for guest and you are forced to eat elsewhere - not really acceptable when you are spending upwards of 300 per night

I had a king size room which was very nice, spacey and with kitchenette, fridge etc.

It was a very clean, well run Inn. The staff was very professional and well trained.
Unfortunately, and not the hotels fault, the construction is a bit confusing as the ability to get to location is impacted.

I like hotel decoration, supplies, and a hotel with a kitchen very much. The swimming pools are all glass decorated, very nice. The hotel is very clean, which makes us feel very comfortable. We also went to SALT for dinner, where the limited-set meal was very rich and delicious, and the service staff was great.
It would be better if the swimming pool in the hotel has a machine that automatically dries the swimsuit.

The cleanliness of our room
The wedding party was more important than our checking in timely. There was a wedding during our stay and the wedding party was hanging around the check in counter which made checking in difficult. finally pushed through the wedding crowd to check -in while the check-in staff did nothing to move the crowd. The rooftop dining experience was not pleasant either. Did not receive our entire order & the service was very very slow. Service request for sheets for the pull out couch had to be requested twice before they were actually delivered.

My only complaint would be the carpet down the hallway to our room (2nd floor) was very stained. Very odd since the rest of the hotel was immaculate.

Everyone was very nice and helpful; hotel was clean and we had a great stay. We loved the rooftop area too; lots more games this year... we had a great time and the pool is always a big hit at the end of the day. Kids LOVE it:)
Sometimes it was hard to get a spot to sit at the pool. Looked like towels were on chairs but no one was there using them. Maybe people saved the spots but never came back.

Restaurants, Pool, and staff were accommodating. The Hotel is excellent and had an amazing rooftop.
The Shuttle to the beach was very convenient.
There was a lack of staff in "The Living Room", the Employee Named Shimon worked very hard to satisfy the overflow of diners from Salt.

Loved the room and amenities, very well appointed. Food was excellent. Loved the restaurant and the rooftop bar with all the family friendly games.
The location was a disappointment, there was no way to walk or ride a bike safely to the beach. We shuttled there which was perfect but when we needed to come back we had to wait 45 minutes in line, in the heat with hungry kids.
The pool was incredibly crowded and actually felt dangerous at times - the kids were running and jumping over eacother and coming so close to the walls due to the small size. Toddlers with diapers were also in the jacuzzi! The pool was very dirty as well. I strongly recommend some rules be set and someone to oversee that everything is in check.
