great spot
loved the house and spot, outdoor shower is the best !

We loved the house by itself, beautiful, very spacious, large deck (would be great in summer but our trip was in July).
HOWEVER, we were freezing cold in all the bedrooms, the fire pit wasn't warming very well (we believe it would need a good clean). NO Firewood provided (misleading picture).
No linen provided is quite disappointing.
But the main issue is that this place is listed as a pet-friendly property but once booked it says that pets are not allowed inside in the terms and conditions. In the middle of winter, I had to leave my dog outside. If I knew this, I would have never booked this place. This is clearly misleading information.

Pet friendly doesn't mean allowed inside
Don't think that it has been cleaned for a while, owners belongings i.e. tooth brushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. Leaky kitchen sink, mouse droppings on the bbq, thick dust on DVD player.We photo documented all of this on arrival and sent them to the office, they said I will contact the cleaners. Workmen arrived on the last morning and commenced replacing the gutters, the reply was that the owners apologized and the workmen were unaware that we were renting.

The property is in a pretty area of Airey's Inlet, surrounded by bush. It had a very well fenced backyard and it was only a short walk to the beach which was great for the dogs.
