MAGNIFIQUE CONSTRUIT SUR MESURE 7 chambres semi-duplex PROCHE DE l'Université de l'Alberta. La maison est de 1 851 Spft + 900 Spft sous-sol. Concept ouvert avec plafond de 9 pi et plancher de bois franc brillant partout. Beaucoup de grandes fenêtres avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Le salon spacieux dispose d'une cheminée linéaire moderne et élégante. Cuisine gastronomique, grand îlot de comptoirs en quartz et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. A l'étage, trois chambres magnifiquement dimensionnées et une chambre principale avec un grand dressing et une salle de bains 5pc.
Nous avons fourni:
1. Une chambre principale au deuxième étage avec un lit king-size;
2. Deux chambres au deuxième étage avec lit queen (donc deux lits queen au total);
3. Une chambre bonus familiale dans la zone commune du deuxième étage avec un canapé-lit, qui peut être convertie en lit double;
4. Une chambre d'enfants au rez-de-chaussée avec un lit superposé et un lit gigogne sous le lit superposé avec un matelas double;
5. Séjour avec un grand canapé-lit pouvant se transformer en un grand lit queen size.
6. Le sous-sol comprend 3 chambres avec 3 lits queen-size.
Et nous fournissons également un parc pour bébé pour dormir, et deux chaises hautes, et nous proposons également des barbecues à utiliser.
Le total peut maintenant rester 18 invités.

They advertise 18 sleeping and have only 3 seats in living room! In poor repair all though house. The front door we were told to kick it to open. Showers very slow to drain. Most beds were awful except one in basement and master. Absolutely nothing in kitchen not even salt and pepper.
Everything was run down! Deck had 4 chairs falling apart. Open electrical boxes in master. Several other electrical issues. Sooo tired!
The owner always answered the phone! And responded with several things that needed repairing right away.
Would not rent again or recommend it to any one except a frat party!

The cleaners were there until 4:45 and we were supposed to be able to check in at 4. They said they had no idea the property was booked for the weekend which is why they were cleaning late. This was frustrating as we planned our arrival for the check in time with tired kids. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we would book here again as it was clean, and the photos were accurate so we knew what to expect from the property.

The property was perfect for a larger group. 6 bedrooms with full or larger beds 3 1/2 baths and two kitchen areas. The downstairs great room/kitchen is open and has plenty of space. WiFi worked great. We would definitely rent again if in the area.

Perfect for sour large group, easy access to where we went for events

This 7 bedroom home suited our needs perfectly; we were in town for a family wedding. Lots of space to spread out, and a nice area to gather together in the open kitchen/living room.

We got together with family from Manitoba and Saskatchewan, for an early Christmas get-together, and needed a larger place, to accommodate our group of 9 people. This place was certainly spacious, and bright, and a great location to the WEM, and other stores and restaurants. We had no issues with noisy neighbours. Beds were super comfortable, and the owners provided lots of extra linens and pillows, if needed. I was concerned with cleanliness, as we found garbage and pieces of weave hair extensions under the couch, and my daughter found men’s underwear and a plastic muffin container under her bed, and the carpets looked dirty. However, after contacting the owners, they let us know that the carpets had been recently cleaned and were stained from previous VRBO renters. They also have a cleaning service do their cleaning, so weren’t aware that they weren’t being as thorough as they maybe should have been. The main dishwasher leaked, so had to do dishes by hand, as the owners were unable to fix it. We could’ve hauled dirty dishes to basement suite, and do them in the dishwasher, there, but that was going to be a lot more work than hand-washing. The owners were prompt to have the dishwasher and the ensuite shower drain checked out, when we let them know what issues we ran into. For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was stocked well with pots and pans and such. The bathrooms had plenty of soap, and even large containers of shampoos and conditioners we could’ve used. If we are to go the Alberta, again, for a trip, I would consider staying here, again!

The check-in instructions were a little difficult. The codes provided didn't work on the front door. The side door was deadbolted.
Luckily, we were able to enter through the backdoor with the code.

I was extremely pleased with the house itself. It looked exactly like the ad shows. The only concern i had was when i showed up there was a little bit of damage to the property from previous guests who it looked like had a party and didn't clean up after themselves. That was no fault of the owner however, who was very nice and was easy to get in touch with whenever something was needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a larger group looking for a nice place to stay.

There were no dishcloths. We used a dish towel to wash dishes. Batteries missing from remotes. Neighbours VERY Noisy very late (till 3 am) both nights.

This is an excellent choice if you are wanting to gather and relax. It has a well appointed kitchen with plenty of room sit and socialize.
It is very close to Whyte Street for restaurants and shopping.

The property was better than we could have hoped for. We were in the city for a family wedding and had 9 adults and 3 children in the house, it was plenty spacious and had all the conveniences of home. It was 9 min to the wedding venue and on a quiet residential street. We had questions before hand and the property manager responded promptly.We would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely look at renting it again if the need arises for the family to be all together.

The property was better than we could have hoped for. It was 9 min to the wedding venue and on a quiet residential street. We needed a place that would accommodate our larger crew for our first trip to West Edmonton Mall. This place fit the bill perfectly! We had no trouble finding it ( thank you google maps!). It was in a quiet neighborhood and the space was just what our family needed. There was plenty of bedrooms to choose from and enough space that we didn't feel like we were sitting on top of one another while we were getting ready for our 2 fun filled days at the mall. The kitchen was huge and there was an assortment of cooking food items available ( coffee, baby formula, oil, spices, paper towel,dish soap, etc). There was toys that my kids could play with. This was a wonderful place to call home for our 3 nights. Communication with the owners was easy. If we had any questions they were very responsive and able to help us out within a few hours ( it was not urgent). They had enough towels for all of us and even had shampoo, conditioners and body wash in the bathrooms! When you have 5 kids it is easy to forget a lot of small things and all of those small touches sure helped us out! Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your beautiful home! We would definitely return to this place!

The place was great. Lots of beds for everyone. It was a great time. Definitely recommend this place for a large group to stay at.
