Great location, and walking distance to the beach! The accommodation was clean, and there was also a sauna and relaxing room attached to our bedroom. It is a very relaxing part of Italy to stay for a few days. The accommodation is also affiliated with Restaurant Tropical, and with your stay you get 2 chairs, and an umbrella at the lido. It was great to spend the days at the beach. The restaurant is also amazing, with great views and food! Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Italy!

Viviana is one of the best person ever that can make people feel loved. After the covid, I was a little bit worried on traveling and staying in a hotel/b&b, but she scares a lot about the other people. The location is amazing, centred, you can drive or walk everywhere and the beach is just around the corner. One of my best experience ever. I'm sure that when I'll come back to Porto Sant'Elpidio, I'll come back to this b&b. All renovated and feels home. Best one ever.
Nothing at all, to be fair. I loved every single thing. Perfect breakfast, perfect location, perfect people, perfect everything. LOVED IT.
